We got a room on the backside so It was very quite at night. Breakfast in the room itself - poor breakfast but common practice in Italy. |

The host was extremely friendly and provide excellent guide to tips on viewing Florence and navigating around the town. He was also helpful and ready to answer our queries and assist us. The location is alittle far from the town centre as but located near the bus stop. |

The room was one of the better sized and appointed rooms we've had in Italy. Alessio was helpful and friendly. The shower was a decent size and shape. It is out of the way and on a busy street, but we like the exercise and walking is part of the experience. |

Nelle camere manca il bidet, e questa cosa non è spiegata in pubblicità. Abbiamo avuto la sensazione che le lenzuola fossero degli ospiti del giorno prima. Mancava un tappetino per la doccia. La pulizia delle camere si limitava a "tirar su" le coperte del letto. |

La comodità della totale assenza di orari (visto che ti lasciano un mazzo di chiavi... e la colazione direttamente in camera!)... e la calda accoglienza della camera: sembra di essere ospiti a casa di amici! |

Buena atención de los responsables. Relativa proximidad al centro histórico (15 minutos a pie). Aunque en general el alojamiento en Firenze es caro, considero que el precio de este B&B es algo excesivo en relación con las comodidades que presenta. La habitación que se nos proporcionó no se encontraba en un palacio como se anunciaba, sino en un edificio normal. |

Matteo y Alessio, los administadores del hotel, son dos personas encantadoras, que prestan toda su atención a solucionar los problemas que te surgan. De hecho, nos perdieron las maletas en el aeropuerto y se implicaron muchísimo para localizarlas. Nada, todo ha sido estupendo, lo único menos bueno es la distancia desde el centro de Florencia, está algo lejos. |

El hotel es lindo, limpio, excelente trato. Sólo les recomiendo a las personas llamen desde el aeropuerto ó estación de tren al personal del Hotel, para que esten en el Hotel, porque no hay personal en la recepción, |
