1) staffs can speak good english and were helpful at showing interesting places in Florence 2) room is enormous and confortable
1) If i had not read other reviews, then I would have agreed that the entrance is dark at night, but there's a light switch at the grkund floor 2) the sign to this b&b is a bit small. I missed the entrance when I first arrived, though I had the address to this b&b
Friendliness of the hosts.
Not enough hot water supply in the morning.
This was my first experience with a B and B, and to be honest I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the place. The place is very neat, clean and gives a very homely feeling. The staff Elena was so helpful and kind. We had to take a train early in the morning and so Elena made sure that our breakfast was ready the previous night itself. This is something that really impressed me. The location is also a 10 min walk from the Firenze SMN train station which is again a plus point. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family.
Friendly staff. Comfortable room.WiFi work properly
If you open the window the room fills mosquitos.20 minutes from the centre. No free parking.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ours were a quiet and spacious room! They seemed pretty embarrassed by the fact that we had bugs on one of the walls in the bathroom and gave us a small discount on the price. We got breakfast brought to our room each morning at a time of our liking. Our room had a very quiet and effective air conditioner with remote.
It’s not the best placed B&B in Florence, one has to walk for ten or fifteen minutes on busy thoroughfares before reaching the nicer parts of town. There were plenty of bugs on one of the walls in the bathroom (probably due to a water leak originating from the floor above.) The staff’s reaction points to it not being a common occurrence though, and all the bugs were gone the day after us having pointed it out. Sadly they had no safe boxes.
We liked everything - a clean room equipped with everything you need, a friendly and helpful staff (special thanks to Elena!), rather good location (10-15 minutes walk to Duoma Square), free wi-fi in the room, condition.
The hotel computer was broken, and we had to look for internet point around the town. Our room window overlooked the noisy street.
Excellent location, close by the train station and tourist attraction. Staff was very informative and helpfull; email us about check in time; give us maps; suggest us eating places. Room was clean and comfortable, with a big window facing the street. The hotel was in second floor but there was an elevator which was comfortable for us who bring heavy luggage. The breakfast was good and they provide coffee-tea-chocolate machine in the lobby which can be accessed anytime.
In central location, multi-lingual staff. Clean bathroom with plenty of towels and shower stuffs
It was a bit expensive since we booked in the last minute. And expected a better breakfast. Couldn't get wi-fi in the room, so have to use in the corridor
position near the center, comfortable room, nice and friendly staff
Staff was very kind
The Internet was very poor in the room
This is a warm place to stay. Clean room and bathroom with hot water. The owners are 2 gentle girls willing to help. The one of them (Marina) helped us finding a good and economic place with traditional and homemade florence dishes to eat. This was a good choice and i would go there again.
