the hotel is brand new and the équipement is exelent , everything is super quality, its amazing quiet and relaxing , u feel like u are in ur apartment! the bed, the bath room everything is super top, for the price dont go anywhere elese in ravenna trust this is the best place!! |

It is very new, good price, the hotel staff is very good. They explain us everything about the city, parking in the old part of the city etc... 15 minutes by car to the center of the city. Don´t choose it if you don´t have a car. Dificult to find because the street is not in the GPS but there are indications in the city. |

Our apartment was new and beautifully appointed with lovely furniture and appliances. Comfort and privacy were a major part of our stay. The only thing we could mention is that we had to walk a few blocks to have our breakfast as there werre no facilities on site at this stage. |

ruhige Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt, abends keine Busverbindung, nur ein Restaurant im Umkreis von 15 Min., karges Frühstück in einem Cafe in der Nähe. |

Keurige ontvangst, kregen appartementje in plaats van kamer voor dezelfde prijs. Het complex ligt wel ver van het centrum. Lijkt me vooral geschikt voor mensen met auto die slechts kort in Ravenna willen blijven. |

Los apartamentos estan completamente nuevos y perfectamente equipados. La zona donde se ubican esta cerca de todo, supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes etc (se necesita carro). Te prestan bicicletas gratis. En el sitio hay una lavadora y secadora (de pago) lo cual resulta muy còmodo. En general el lugar es muy agradable y nos ha gustado todo. El desayuno es muy escaso (un cafe y un brioche) y hay que ir a una cafeterìa cercana. |

Gute Ausstattung des geräumigen Appartements, gute Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt mit Fahrrädern: werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Küche mit Kühlschrank. Mikrowelle und 2 Elektro-Kochplatten: Geeignet für einfachere Mahlzeiten (z.B. Fertiggerichte aus dem Supermarkt in der Nähe). In der näheren Umgebung kein (geöffnetes) Restaurant. WLAN noch im Experimentierstadium (Einloggen umständlich, nur mit IE möglich, alle 2 Minuten Abbrüche, die neues Einloggen erforderlich machten), dafür kostenlos. |

La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita come pure la toilette era confortevole. Non ho avuto modo di sfruttare lo spazio dedicato alla cucina, ma c'era anche quello.. Le tapparelle automatiche fanno un gran rumore (si sentono quelle delle camere adiacenti). La colazione va presa fuori, in un bar convenzionato, ma e' una soluzione temporanea, stanno ultimando I lavori per avere la sala colazione all'interno della struttura (nuova) |
