Lage, besonderes Ambiente- sehr schöner alter Bau, sehr gut restauriert und erhalten, ein tolles Erlebnis

Leider war die angekündigte Massagedusche nicht funktionsfähig und es gab keinen funktionierenden Fön aus den Geräten wurde nur eiskalte Luft gepustet.

Unglaublich freundliches Team, Lage perfekt, Ausstattung super, inklusive küche;

es gab keinen täglichen reinigungsservice, nur am ende, das hätte ich noch ganz gut gefunden ... sonst - perfekt.

the staffs were very friendly and we had exelent time. the room is well decorated and the location is the best.

Central, and easy to use. clean and pleasant with helpful staff. We had the Butterfly apartment which was fine for 3 adults. No lift but as we only had hand luggage this was fine. The facilities were of good standard apart from the comments below. Nice big bathroom with plenty of towels and a hair dryer. pretty decoration in Tuscan style - and an excellent base for exploring other places on bus.

additional key card which works the lights would have helped as it meant if one person needed to go out with card it would leave apartment in the dark - but in fairness we didn't ask for an extra card. Unfortunately the shower sill was not fixed which meant the water ran out all over the bathroom floor - we reported this. The bathroom could do with additional hooks and shelves - but minor faults.

Good location.

Very noisy at night - paper thin doors that didn't really fit! Don't even think about having breakfast there - Very small room so big ques and it looked rubbish.

The location is ideal - right in the middle of the old town. The room and bathroom were very clean.

Huge old room but unfortunately furnished with cheap, rather tacky modern furniture and a minimally equipped kitchen, also rather gloomy. The room was described as being an apartment and able to sleep four - however it was basically just one room with a room divider at mid-height. In view of all of this it was quite expensive - the most expensive room we had in our whole trip in Italy.

Pleasant and friendly service, beautiful room, well situated would loved to have stayed for more than one night.

Need better instructions on how to find it. Street not written on Tourist maps. Worth telling people in advance with cars approximately how much car park fees are and where it will be staying overnight ie Station. No kettle for coffee. Couldnt find the lightswitch to turn off hall lights near our door so it wasnt dark enough to get good sleep.
