朝日の見れるテラスと夕日の見れるテラス。二種類のテラスを備えたホテルは初めてでした。そのテラスでキャ- ンドルの灯りとともに頂くワインとチーズと生ハムは、絶品でした。一方のテラスはアルノ川を、一方のテラス- は、ドゥオモを。極上のフィレンツェ滞在をこのホテルでどうぞ。部屋も広く水周りもきれい。ベッキオ橋も歩- いて10分。ほぼ全てのエリアを歩いて観光できます。ロケーション・設備ともにすばらしいホテルでした。 エレベーターが遅いのが不便でしたが、そんなことは忘れてしまいます。 |

新婚旅行である事を予約時に伝えておいたら部屋をグレードアップしてくれました。スタッフも皆笑顔でとても- 気持ちいいホテルです。このホテルを選んだきっかけはテラスからの眺望でしたが、本当に素晴らしいロケーシ- ョンでした。またテラスのバーはセルフサービスになっていましたが、夜遅くでも気兼ねなくカプチーノを作っ- て飲んだりと楽しいひと時を過ごす事ができました。 特にありません。 |

立地、サービス、部屋の快適さ、どの点においても素晴らしいホテル。朝食会場でもあるテラスからは素晴らし- い眺めが広がり、朝から夜まで好きな時間に使えるという点が最大の魅力。到着日６月２４日はフィレンツェの- 祝日で、ホテルのテラスから花火を観賞することができた。テラスから眺める花火とフィレンツェの景色が一番- の思い出となった。レセプション（特に男性）も素晴らしく、どんな質問にも丁寧に調べて回答してくれる。ホ- テル目の前のトリニタ橋を渡るとサンスピリト地区が広がっていて、また違う趣。もしまたフィレンツェを訪れ- る機会があれば、またこのホテルに泊まって、今度はサンスピリト地区を散策してみたい。 部屋（特にバスルーム）が下水臭かった。芳香剤を置くとずいぶん良くなった。クレームをしたわけでもないの- に、ホテルのスタッフが度々気遣ってくれたのには感心した。 |

The room was clean and nice. The view was great -- right on Arno river. Great location and wonderful terrace. Grand deluxe double room I booked was not exactly same as on the pictures or as it was described. It was smaller than expected. |

What a quaint hotel!! Located next to the Arno. On "the" street if you want to buy Italian fashions from great designers. The staff were so pleasant and helpful.....we just loved Latifa and the other wait staff (sorry I didn't get names) in the breakfast room, which by the way is located on a lovely terrace overlooking the City with a great view of the Duomo. There's another terrace, too, with an amazing view of the Arno! Breakfast was wonderful with standard fare but also homemade sweets and a different frittata each day. Very comfortable beds and pillows by Italian standards, I.E. softer than most! Duomo & Uffizi only 5-10 min walks, and Ponte Vecchio only one bridge away. On/Off sightseeing bus pickup right outside door!! The elevators are very slow but there are only 6 floors total, so if you're in a hurry just run up/down the stairs. Know that if you ask for a restaurant recommendation, one of the staff directs everyone to the same restaurant which is very good but pretty pricey with a pushy waiter. The name started with a P. |

Wonderful view from private terrace!! The room is well maintained and classy, so we really feel confortable when returned from outside. Friendly staffs and nice breakfast with nice hospitality in roof terrace on 6th floor. Close to most historical points. We really enjoied Florence with this hotel and will be coming back. |

The location was great, the accomodation was great, the breakfast was good and everyone was very friendly. The view from the top terrace was wonderful and a lovely place to chill out after a day of lots of walking around. I would not hesitate to stay there again and I would definately recommend to friends and family. |

The view from both your room and the rooftop terrace are outstanding. Breakfast was very good in the morning, location in Florence was also very good. An overall exquisite experience. Our room had a slightly strange odor but was nothing we couldn't live with. |
