Staff speaks great English and can tell you how to take the busses and the bus lines to Venice and airport. Great restaurant in the neighborhood -grocery store around the corner--map drawn of the area next to front door--Staff is very nice and accomodating. |

Staff were brilliant - very friendly and helpful with directions public transport. Room was quite small but comfortable and clean, and air conditioning was a big bonus. Not a bad location as a base for Venice - 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop, then a 10 mins bus ride (buses every 10 mins during the day, and less frequently through the night). Supermarket 2 mins away. Breakfast was simple but good. Breakfast maybe slightly expensive for what you get. |

Nice and small hotel (not many rooms), good start to visit Venice by taking the bus around the corner.Very friendly girl at the reception, who had to take care of everything, including the breakfast. Parking place is free in the street. The air conditioning was not working in our room. We just tried to use the ventilation, but this was too noisy. |

It was a very pretty setting and a short bus ride to Venice. The breakfast was very adequate. Typical European breakfast. It was good for one night. Bed not very comfortable. |

Easy to find by car, central & quite location, very welcome staff advised us to buy 36 ticket for bus & vaporetto in tobbaco shop in 2 minutes from the hotel. Nice room & comfort bed. Free car parking is avaliable on the street near the hotel. The shower - the water filled the bathroom floor, took long time to dry. Separate cold & hot water. Breakfast could be improved by adding sliced cheese & salami. |

The staff are tremendously helpful and kind, location is great, only 10 min bus ride to Venice and area has a lot that you would need. The owner has a great map of what's near to help you out. Rooms were really clean and very nice. We had no problems here! |

It was about 10mins by bus to venice and the bus stop is only few hundreds meters away, bus is frequent so it is very convenient. The staffs are extremely helpful! |

De ligging: met de bus, die regelmatig rijdt, in 20 minuten in Venetie. Terug uit de stad kom je in het rustige hotel!. De mogelijkheid om buiten te ontbijten en het vriendelijke personeel dat engels spreekt. Het stadje Marghera/Mestre is lelijk en er valt niets te beleven. |

Très bon accueil, personnel parlant plusieurs langues, propreté des chambres et sdb, proximité de Venise et facilité d'accès à Venise en bus. Terrasse ombragée très agréable. La clim est un peu bruyante; proximité d'une rue un peu passante la nuit. |

Es ist eine nette Villa mit einem kleinen Garten, in dem man bei entsprechendem Wetter auch frühstücken kann. Die Busverbindung nach Venedig ist relativ günstig. Die Bushaltestelle ist in etwa 5 Minuten zu erreichen, die Busse fahren alle 10 Minuten und sind in ca. 15 Minuten in Venedig. Wir hatten ein winziges Zimmer, in dem es praktisch keinen Platz für Koffer etc. gab. Ein winziger Tisch mit einem Stuhl. Die Toilette war mit einer Falttüre nur notdürftig vom Zimmer getrennt. TV nur italienisch. |
