Antica Villa Graziella is located in the peaceful town of Marghera, just a 10 minutes' bus ride from Venice’s historical centre and near the commercial centres of Panorama and Auchan. This family-run property offers fantastic connections to and from Venice Marco Polo and Treviso airports, and is less than 1.5 km from the Milano-Venezia motorway exit. Moreover, the bus stop to Venice just 400 metres from the hotel. Although the hotel does not have its own restaurant, a variety of pizzerias and restaurants can be easily reached on foot. In spring and summer, it is possible to enjoy breakfast in Antica Villa Graziella’s small and picturesque garden, or sit under the shade of the pergolas and read one of the hotel’s books or tourist guides about Venice and Veneto. We had a five night break in Venice and we had a fantastic time! The location was really good! 15 minutes walk from train station in Mestre and 5 to catch the bus n6. 10 minutes on the bus and we are in Venice! Great value for money! The staff was very friendly and helpful! There's a supermarket just around the corner, a really good pizzeria and a very friendly and affordable coffe shop!!! In general can't fault it! Absolutely recommend! The only little problem was the quality of the beds, not very comfortable. A bit too hard! But bearable.

The hotel is beyond my expectation - a family-run small hotel, cozy and nicely decorated, which gives me a feeling like home. And the place is quite clean. It took a while for us to walk from Venezia Mestro Station to the hotel, around 15 mins, not that easy to find though.

anythink the place was very bad.reached a very difficult.Photos not reflect the fact that.insolent officer responded to the questions posed..Everything there was very little for breaktook away the bread runs off women's already limited fast.so angry

Great position, 2 minutes away from the bus station to venice (with one of the 3 no.6 Lines 10 to 15 minutes to Plle de Roma in Venice ).The day receptionist awesome, very friendly an helpful about choices for transportation in Venice( they even sold us bus tickets). The garden is very nice to relax , good variety of breakfast items, great cappuccinos. In the room was good signal WiFi and ac .

Clean and nice smelling room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, nice balcony, good location in a quiet area, nice garden, friendly and helpful staff speaking very good English and always available. The bathroom ventilation was not working properly. The warm water in the shower finished if you used it for more than aprox 15min (probably depending on other people using it in the same time in the hotel?)

for the price a Top Hotel. very clean room with all u need and new bathroom. from trainstation Mestre about 9 min walking distance. bus to rhetorically historic isles of Venice leaves 500m from the hotel. transit takes about 10 min. we certainly enjoyed our stay. would come.back at any time. ciao

Great position, 2 minutes away from the bus station to venice (with one of the 3 no.6 Lines 10 to 15 minutes to Plle de Roma in Venice ). The supermarket near by supermarket and gas stations are to be apreciated.Verry peacefull and secure area. Not alot of extra services awailable but the personal was allways there to help and the place was nice and clean (no insects, room cleaing every day and no swamp smell :)) ).

Only a 10 min walk to bus then 10mins to Venice. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Stairs to room quite steep and narrow. Wifi turned off at night. Bathroom very small, shower tiny, cold and low pressure at times.
