Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel very central to all the main sites

Can be hard to find ,rooms are small .

I liked the location and it was very quaint, room was spotless

The first bedroom we were given was on the ground floor beside the breakfast room and it was too noisy, there was no mention of this possibility on he website so we asked to be moved nad we were.

Lovely quaint hotel ideally located between St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge although a little hard to find at first. Staff very helpful, room was small but exceptionally clean with fresh towels every day. Great breakfast each morning with bacon, eggs, cold meats, pastries and rolls and hot coffee. Would definitely recommend if you want a hotel in a great central location at a sensible price.

Hotel is tucked away and was very difficult to find at first.

I most of all appreciated the fact that they could manage to come really late to do the checking even though we arrived in the location around 11 pm. The place is really welcoming, cosy and the staff is nice, the location is a clear plus, its a precious place to stay.

As I said previously, I liked the fact that they try everything to be convenient with clients, even being a little structure, I also liked the friendly staff and the rooms comfort.

breakfast was OK

Manageress was absent on arrival. Had to wait 30 mins before being able to check in. Her attitude was offhand verging on the hostile. The windows of our room looked out onto some downpipes on a wall that was four feet away.

Perfect location and nicely furnitured, big rooms

The staff are the most helpful. They even packed breakfast for us since our flights leave at 7 in the morning, we would miss the hotel breakfast (at 8:30). Overall, it was a nice hotel, clean and cozy, we will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Nice small hotel, located in a traditional old building. Close to San Macro Square and within a walking distance from most of the sightseeing attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent continental breakfast. Rooms are in reasonably good condition, with nice paintings on the walls.

Our rooms were on the ground floor, and when something happened to the canalization there was a distinct unpleasant smell in the rooms, so we had to ventilate for a while.

Very good location. The staff are friendly. The room was big, comfortable and clean.

Excellent hotel. 5 mins walk from the Rialto Bridge, St Marks Square and Accademia Bridge which is where you want to be. The lady on front desk was charming and i would definitely stay here again.

The location and room were very nice. The breakfast was also good. Not excellent, but good.

Teh booking was not as well organised as I hoped. We booked a room with bath and did not get one. They said I we only book a standard room until I showed them my receipt which said we had booked a superior room with a bath and only then did they accpet the fault was theirs and change the room. At the same time another guy was booking in and arguing over the parking as he was told the hotle provided parking, but did not and so he had to pay an additonal 18 euro for parking per night.
