Enjoy a traditional Tuscan breakfast surrounded by olive groves outside in the pretty gardens, which overlook Palaia’s medieval church. Local cheeses, Tuscan meats and homemade cake are served at Antica Dimora Leones. Visiting Tuscany’s picture-book hill towns is easy from here. We were made most wlcome, and the hotel was very comfortable in a classic Italian style. Breakfast was excellent. The relaxed atmosphere and style were most appaelaing. Difficulty in finding. Some direction signs to the hotel were pointing in the wrong direction! Car parking was difficult. The streets below the hotel were quite noisy until late at night.

Dimora di charme con un'atmosfera da antica casa di famiglia davvero originale, lontano dai luoghi comuni delle case di campagna toscane. Assistenza essenziale ma molto gentile.

Suggestivo tuffo nel passato: un'antica, grande villa in cui non saresti stupito di incontrare un fantasma. Un'esperienza decisamente insolita. La manutenzione potrebbe essere migliorata (qualche porta chiude male, il giardino potrebbe essere curato meglio).

La struttura è veramente bella e molto particolare, si tratta infatti di una antica casa familiare, molto grande, strutturata su più livelli con arredo antico con molti libri e mobilio d'epoca. Posizione centrale nel paesino. Camera quasi fin troppo grande per 2 persone! Un po' caro

Sono rimasto piacevolmente stupito dal contesto in cui una persona si viene a trovare in questa "dimora", dove si concilia un passato e la relativa cura degli arredi, la sensazione di vivere in un tempo che la velocità dei nostri giorni ci ha privato di provare, la simpatia e serenità che il personale riesce a trasmettere a chi Vi alloggia.
