I was not impressed with the size of the room that we had. It was tiny! But, it was very clean and it did have everything that we needed for our 2 night stay. I am glad that we weren't staying any longer though. The bathroom was clean and attractive, but the doorway was literally about 5 ft tall. My husband is 6'2" and will have nice bruises as souvenirs! The shower was very lacking. No curtain, just a hand held wand. The over spray from the "shower" drained outside of the tub into the floor. Wierd. Luckily I have spent some time in third world countries and can live without a decent shower. The staff was nice and did replace 2 bad light bulbs for us immediately. Nice coffee/tea set- up in the room. Breakfast was a nice surprise. But, in the end we did not feel as though the value was great. At almost $280 a night, we were expecting a smidge more. Would have loved to have a few washcloths.

We stayed on 4 th floor and there were no lifts, we also booked a canal view but could only see the canal if we hung out the window

Great location. Professional staff. Breakfast is average. I like the room decoration, clean and comfortable. Heating system was not adjustable. All decrees you turn provide the same temperature. When you open the heating system, it gets too warm after a while, but when you close it, it gets too cold as the weather is so cold in Venice in February. So you need to get up several times and open and close to keep the room temperature in fair levels.

Free internet. Close to both Rialto and San Marco. There's no elevator. You have to walk up three flights of stairs and then down one flight to get to the room. If that had been mentioned in the description of the hotel, I would have chosen a different place.

Clean, Near San Mark and Rialto Bridge around 5 minutes from each, good helpful staff. Availability of free wifi internet in all the hotel No Lift so you have to take in consideration if you have a luggage and you are in the 4th floor. Small room in comparison to the price. Prices are expensive in comparison to many european countries.

The location is fantastic. It is an easy walk to all the main attractions in Venice. Staff were very accommodating. Roof top garden was a welcome retreat after a long day sightseeing. Breakfast was also good.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent position for sightseeing. Adequate breakfast. Bathroom in 309 looked tired with some black grouting and bodged silicone round bath and washbasin. Venice is fully pedestrianised so bags have to be wheeled some distance or a porter hired. Safe and fridge did not work although fridge was repaired when reported. Very expensive in my opinion

Good location. If you have a map, you're a 5 minute walk to San Marco Piazza and the central tourist location. Too many stairs! There was lift, and no bell-boy. So struggling with a 20kg bag, at midnight, after being lost for an hour in Venice, in 35 deg c heat, was not fun. Especially when they put you in the attic room with bad aircon.
