The rooms are small
The location of the hotel is very central, you can walk to the Rialto station and also to San Marco square. It is great! The staff of the hotel is very friendly, they helped me to find places and also with the transport in Venice.
The bacon and scrambled eggs at breakfast were lukewarm. The stairs (and lack of a lift) didn't bother us but might be a concern to others.
The room, the secret roof terrace, the communal sitting room (where we never saw anyone else) and the great location.
No elevator, but staff provided baggage service.
Everything, great breakfast selection.
No elevator. But one member of the staff is here to carry your luggages
Staff very friendly and helpful Localisation Quality of rooms
Nice breakfast buffet :)
Steep stairs. No lift. Noise coming from the bathroom unexpectedly.
This hotel is centrally located for sightseeing. Staff is pleasant and helpful.
Left 2:30am and they gave us a boxed breakfast to go
Room was a bit limited on space, but fine for the few days we were there. Could get a little noisy at times from the morning boat traffic outside and their vocal drivers. Other than this we loved it.
Location is excellent which makes the hotel excellent value for money, lovely traditional decor, comfy bed, view from room (we had a canal view), breakfast selection. One of our favourite hotels that we stayed in on our 2 week honeymoon around Italy.
There's nothing! There's no lift which could be a problem for the infirm. There wasn't much storage space in the room, either. These weren't a problem for us.
The location is great and the fact that breakfast is included is nice. The room was a decent size, very clean, decorated in a Venetian style (think gold trim!), large bathroom. Thought the hotel was good value for Venice and I'd recommend to others.
The room and the bathroom were too small
Location is perfect, very close to Rialto. Near to restaurants. 25 minutes walking distance from train station. Do not carry heavy luggages with you.
Friendly staff.. breakfast was great
Love this hotel Nothing bad
Great staff location is excellent love the street the hotel is located
the location is fantastic, in Venice's heart. breakfast was delicious and the staff were really nice. reception staff were nice and helpful. Thank you to Omar and Silvia.
The restaurant downstairs (same owners) played the same music on a loop all evening, very annoying.
The location is excellent and I enjoyed breakfast.
There is no lift what is not critical in Venice, but helps when you need to back and forth many times.
The location is so convenient - only 300 meters from San Marco Square. The staff is very friendly
Bath tub drain and shower curtain had some issues. WiFi slow.
Excellent breakfast complete with cappuccino. Very quaint in great location.
No elevator, small rooms
Location, staff, breakfast
the bathtub felt a little cramped, but understandable considering the building are very old and that's the way they all are.
the location - fantastic the staff - discrete and helpful the amenities - good, but can be better the room - very cozy and welcoming
The beds are not so comfortable. But our room was nice.
Great location. Very clean. Excellent breakfast.
A lot of stairs to handle luggages.
I like the fact that it was clean and its location was perfect. Its between San Marco and the Realto Bridge. Apart from that the staff was really helpful and the breakfast was good.
Maybe the only thing I would have liked is some vegetables on the breakfast buffet.
Immaculately maintained, perfect location, ideal to reach everything. Quiet at night. Wifi excellent. Staff very helpful in every way. They even carry your luggage up the stairs as there is no lift. Don't be put off by other negative comments about the steep stairs. No problem. Breakfast room is small and cosy and a good buffet is served there.
No elevators The shower was old and needed replacement!
Excellent Location Friendly staff
stairs is narrow and inconvenient to climb it
good location no more than 5 minutes walk to plazza san marco
