The location could not have been any better and the rooms were nice sized by European standards. Great staff, clean and comfortable room, and a very good breakfast. |

Stayed with 2 children, and we enjoyed it immensely. Nicely decorated room, comfortable bed on a quiet street. We felt safe and secure. An excellent value with fantastic location. |

Good location but difficult to find. Unbearably warm room,No A.C..Therefore impossible to sleep.We were severely bitten by insects which we could hear in the room.Third floor up.no lift poor lighting unsafe hand rail. |

The location is amazing, only a 2 min walk from San Marco Piazza! The photos on the website are not where you stay! The rooms are very small, cramped and disappointing! |

Location near the railway station. When we arrived we were alocated a very very small room that would be small even as a single. The staff however moved us next day and we were very happy. |

Not much, the air conditioner broke down and apparently they don't have people to fix it on weekends. It was the worst place we stayed in during the 3 months we were on holidays. Its was the worst value for money accomodation in the time we were on holidays and we stayed in china, moscow and all over europe. Shocking |

Good location. Nice room. Had to ask for towels. No lift and about 4 staircases - very exhausting with luggage. The staff are incredibly rude - they moved us to another hotel for 2 nights because the air con had broken and then shouted at my friend when we hadnt checked out on time - even though we hadnt been told by anyone whether the air conditioning was working/the hotel was ready for us. The staff were incredibly rude to us - even after moving us to another poor quality hotel for 2 nights because their air conditioning had broke. I have never been treated so badly in my life. After a mixup concerning check out at the hotel we were moved to, staff from the Locanda Antica shouted at us and were rude throughout the rest of our visit. This hotel ruined the Venice experience for us. |

Centrally located. Initial shock on entry, but lovely once inside. Rooftop garden an enormous bonus. I would definitely recommend it. |

roof top terrace staff were unhelpful - wouldn't make me a coffee or provide accurate information on how to get to the airport, they dumped my luggage in the hall way all day after telling me they would move it as they were changing my room, which I find completely unacceptable. Room was very loud - I was continuesly woken up. |

Location. Nice room. Did not bother me, but the bathroom is down the hallway. There is also a lot of stairs (no lift), so not good for older people. |
