I did not like the hotel, it is far from the center, the room was with some insect. the breakfas was very poor. The personnel should learn at least English in order there could be the communication with the guests, i recommend to insert the saving box in every room as it is very comfortable for the guests. |

Price right, near tram (not to be confused w/ metro) Be sure to make guests realize that you canNOT reach this hotel from metro. You must take tram that is outside Termini station. |

Ease of access via tram and bus. Cleanliness of room. Did not have wireless internet access from within room. Had to work from lobby. Bathroom very tiny. |

The people, working in the hotel, are very friendly. Not very easy to find, especially using the public transport. |

very good air conditioner in the room, minibar, nice balcony, decent bathroom. Quite far from the metro. There's a tram line very close, though, but not frequent and not 24hs. No restaurants in the area. |

The air conditioning The service was bad, they didn't have a shuttle service, the room seemed unsafe to leave your stuff there and there wasn't anything to do around the surrounding areas. |

Clean, modern hotel. Some staff were very nice and helpful. Our shower was terrible. One receptionist was not particularly helpful. |

Some staffs are very customer service minded very small room, need to ask for drinking water ervery day other wise will not provided, poor English communication staff, no English channel TV at all |

Staff pleasant but lacked English & weren't able to help much. train to town stopped at 21.30 hrs Bus 105 ran but did not stop very near. Breakfast had no cooked food which"buffet breakfast 2implied |

Situato in zona tranquilla e con tutti i confort. Personale del hotel molto gentile e disponibile, ti stano vicino in ogni neccessità e difficoltà. Lo consiglio a chi deve recarsi spesso al Ospedale Figlie di S. Camillo, perche dista solo 3 fermate di tram, ma anche per chi deve recarsi al Vaticano lontanto 4 km dal hotel.Dalla stazione Termini si raggiunge comodamente in 4 fermate di tram.L' albergo è munito anche di Pc in zona ricevimento con servizio internet gratutito.Sono rimasta molto contenta di questo hotel e tornerò li tutte le volte che mi dovrò fermare a Roma. |

Lo que mas me ha gustado es la amabilidad del personal y la limpieza en las instalaciones. Y si bien estaba lejos de termini, el bus 105 a una cuadra del hotel, dejaba en algo asi como 20 minutos en la estacion Termini, con un ticket de 11 euros para utilizar durante 3 días sin limite en el numero de viajes en todos los servicios publicos.La vista de la terraza donde era servido el desayuno, es fantastica.Buena decoracion, magnifico gusto en la P.baja El servicio de conexion inalambrica no funciono adecuadamente todos los días, aunque fue suplido por la PC que de manera free se podia utilizar en la planta baja. El desayuno no era variado, pero sí sustancioso.La ubicación un tanto lejana del centro pero con acceso facil con el bus 105- |
