Antico Borgo  

I staid here some weeks ago and I was then given a nice room with kitchen facilities - this time I was given a dirty room with ants on the back-yard without kitchen facilities. Last time I had also been treated nicely - this time I was recieved by the mad-man who owns the place who claimed "we is not a hotel, but a residence and therefore we can open and close when we please". I had been mistaken in reading the leters h-o-t-e-l as hotel and thought I had booked a hotel room on a hotel-booking-site. The man also lied and and insulting me. After 30 years as a permanent traveler and after having worked for the Barcelo group I thought I couldn't be surprised, but this place was beyond any reasonable limit.

It was a large apartment which was adequately equipped.

The security was a bit of a pain. The restaurant linked to the apartment was overpriced and not particularly good.

friendly stuff, big clean room with kitchen, in a small street, near was a very good restorant and caffe (for early breakfast)

20-25 min by foot to the center

The suite was excellent for family. Nice and clean. Staff were very helpful.

Beds were uncomfortable.

the room i booked turned out to be an appartment with all the modern commodities including microwave .the hotel was close to the city center.One of the best hotel I ever stayed would highly recommand

The room was very nice.

It was hard to find. The man who booked us in, didn`t speak english at all! We only saw him just once, when we arrived. After that we saw no one in the office the whole time we spent time there. We almost missed our flight because the man spoke no english. It was settled that he organize us a taxi for early morning we were suppose to leave but no taxi arrived! Because of one helpfull man we got to the airport in time. He called us a taxi. I wouldn`t go there again!

Ik had niet gelezen (slordig!) dat inchequen voór 19.00 uur moet gebeuren en dat de aankomsttijd vantevoren doorgegeven moet worden (dit omdat er niet steeds iemand aanwezig is in het appartementenhotel.) We kwamen om 19.30 uur...belden het telefoonnummer dat bij de voordeur staat...en de eigenaar stapte meteen in z'n auto om ons de sleutel te geven, zonder zelfs maar te noemen dat we nalatig waren geweest. Klasse! Ook over het hoofd gezien dat ze een pendelservice bieden naar het vliegveld. Wij liepen nu 's morgens heel vroeg in ruim 20 minuten naar het station voor de reguliere bus naar het vliegveld.

Hotel położony 10 min od dworca kolejowego skąd można pociągiem dojechać do np. Mediolanu lub autobusem miejskim na lotnisko. Pokoje to małe apartamenty. Mój pokój składał się z kuchni, pokoju dziennego, sypialni oraz łazienki.

Ho soggiornato presso un monolocale arredato e completo di tutto. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato davvero eccellente. La posizione centrale e vicina alla stazione ne fanno un posto davvero indicato per che desidera visitare la città o si trova di passaggio a Bergamo.

Vienīgais nepatīkamais pārsteigums bija tas ka virtuvē neatradām vīna pudeļu attaisāmo un nebija arī vīna glāzes. Meklējām palīdzību tuvākajā kafejnīcā, jo kā tad atpūšotie tādā skaistā vietā nenobaudīt labu itāļu vīnu.

Un hotel diferente. Excelente atencion.
