I staid here some weeks ago and I was then given a nice room with kitchen facilities - this time I was given a dirty room with ants on the back-yard without kitchen facilities. Last time I had also been treated nicely - this time I was recieved by the mad-man who owns the place who claimed "we is not a hotel, but a residence and therefore we can open and close when we please". I had been mistaken in reading the leters h-o-t-e-l as hotel and thought I had booked a hotel room on a hotel-booking-site. The man also lied and and insulting me. After 30 years as a permanent traveler and after having worked for the Barcelo group I thought I couldn't be surprised, but this place was beyond any reasonable limit.

It was a large apartment which was adequately equipped. The security was a bit of a pain. The restaurant linked to the apartment was overpriced and not particularly good.

The room was very nice. It was hard to find. The man who booked us in, didn`t speak english at all! We only saw him just once, when we arrived. After that we saw no one in the office the whole time we spent time there. We almost missed our flight because the man spoke no english. It was settled that he organize us a taxi for early morning we were suppose to leave but no taxi arrived! Because of one helpfull man we got to the airport in time. He called us a taxi. I wouldn`t go there again!

Fine location for what we were looking for, namely both city and hiking in the mountains. Great kitchenfacilities! No view at all, so despite the cosiness of the room, you didn't feel like staying inside...very cave-live room. We would have spend more time there if we'd had a balcony or acces to a garden.Also it was a bit odd only to see staff when we were checking in: The keycard didn't always work right away and we were wondering what we would do if it stopped working outside office-opening hours? -especially if it was the night before our early-morning flight back home?

At det var en leilighet med 1 soverom, rent og pent. Det var så lytt av vi hørte ALT (normal snakking, mobilitelefoner som ringte, etc) som skjedde i de andre leilighetene/rommene. Dette er virkelig ikke stedet for de som sover lett!

Vi kom sent frem, og mottagelsen var upåklagelig. Vi valgte å benytte hotellets restaurant for en sen middag, vår servitør var samme person som tok oss imot og vi hadde en fantastisk mat- og vinopplevelse. Det var så bra at vi valgte samme restaurant kvelden etter (noe vi vanligvis ikke gjør). Hotellet - i dette tilfellet en leilighet, var godt godt utstyrt for selvhusholdning, og beliggenheten er perfekt i forhold til gangavstand til det meste. Kan anbefales på det varmeste, ci piace tutto :-))

Perfekt för en grupp att ha tre lägenheter som ligger tillsammans. Bra med mailkontakt innan vistelsen angående ankomsttid. Svårt att veta var receptionen var.Det framgick inte att man skulle ta kontakt med resturangen. Vi var lite förvirrade. Det löste sig dock på ett bra sätt. Det var lite dåligt med tallrikar/bestick och glas.

Ik had niet gelezen (slordig!) dat inchequen voór 19.00 uur moet gebeuren en dat de aankomsttijd vantevoren doorgegeven moet worden (dit omdat er niet steeds iemand aanwezig is in het appartementenhotel.) We kwamen om 19.30 uur...belden het telefoonnummer dat bij de voordeur staat...en de eigenaar stapte meteen in z'n auto om ons de sleutel te geven, zonder zelfs maar te noemen dat we nalatig waren geweest. Klasse! Ook over het hoofd gezien dat ze een pendelservice bieden naar het vliegveld. Wij liepen nu 's morgens heel vroeg in ruim 20 minuten naar het station voor de reguliere bus naar het vliegveld.

Hotel położony 10 min od dworca kolejowego skąd można pociągiem dojechać do np. Mediolanu lub autobusem miejskim na lotnisko. Pokoje to małe apartamenty. Mój pokój składał się z kuchni, pokoju dziennego, sypialni oraz łazienki.

Ho soggiornato presso un monolocale arredato e completo di tutto. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato davvero eccellente. La posizione centrale e vicina alla stazione ne fanno un posto davvero indicato per che desidera visitare la città o si trova di passaggio a Bergamo.

Patika pati ēka kurā ierīkoti šie apartamenti, jūtama senatnes elpa. Vienīgais nepatīkamais pārsteigums bija tas ka virtuvē neatradām vīna pudeļu attaisāmo un nebija arī vīna glāzes. Meklējām palīdzību tuvākajā kafejnīcā, jo kā tad atpūšotie tādā skaistā vietā nenobaudīt labu itāļu vīnu.

Hellt underbar plats och mycket väl inreda rum. Ligger på promenad avstånd till centrum, men har extremt bra restauranger direkt runt hörnet. Inget att klaga på.

Leiligheten vi hadde lå bra til I Bergamo. Lokale butikker rett ved.I Samme kvartal var det en utmerket restaurant. Leiligheten med 2 rom hadde en fredelig balkong ut mot bakgården.

Apartamenta tipa numurs ar visu iespējamo sadzīves tehniku. Smuka telpa ar velvju griestiem. Piepīpēts, lai gan rakstīts ka smēķēt aizliegts. Izeja ir tieši uz ielas un pa nakti traucē braucošie motorolleri un mašīnas.

Sauberkeit und Hoteleinrichtung Auf der Hotelswebseite , schrieb es das Hotel bietet Wirelesskonection kostenlos an, aber das Internett funktioniert gar nicht in Zimmer. Wir waren 3 Leute und wir haben 2 Zimmer reserviert, und endlich haben wir ein Appartment in Partere bekommen, und ein Zimmer hatte die Fenster direkt in der Strasse, und die Autos fahren 0.5M weit vom Fenster und es war sehr viel Laerm. Und wer sollte in dem zweiten Zimmer schlaffen, sollte durch das erste Zimmer ueberqueren.

Mycket nöjd med allt, välkomnandet, servicen, städningen, stort rum, fräscht duschrum, hårda sängar. Speciellt med en egen ingång. Synd att rummet inte hade någon balkong eller terrass. Men det visste vi innan. Rummen var lyhörda.

Friendly welcome, very comfortable and large "suite" Fully furnished.....like at home! Thank's for the "welcome wine bottle", unfortunatelly we did'nt have time enough to taste and drink it. Very nice and quiet area we have loved the 'Santa Anna' little Plazza.
