Very nicely decorated with a big garden. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Powerful hairdryer. Delicious restaurant. Good breakfast. Only 1 wine available. We had a suite and not all TV channels were available on different TVs. Entrance to the room was from an open terrase, so we had to dress up to go for breakfast. No free internet connection

There's no Wifi in the rooms. The information in the web said there was free Wifi in every room. It could be better if everybody knew that there's only one area in the hotel where you can work on Internet. This is an important matter when travelling for business.

La Muratella is an extremely peaceful and quiet place with an atmosphere of leisure and relaxation. It is a good point of departure for trips to Milan and surroundings as well as for excursions to the magnificent lake landscape of Northern Italy and even Switzerland.

A very beautiful, old hotel with attractive and relaxing grounds. very clean and efficient. A good breakfast. very good value for money for a overnight stay with children. I would recommend this hotel for its classical design. Location is good for overnight stay when travelling, but not ideal as a holiday destination due to the surroundings, which are quite industrial compared to the beauty of the hotel building itself. A good value for money.

Friendly and service-minded staff. Nice, clean and functional room (four beds). Short distance to the airport. Good food in the restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Excellent value for money. This may not be relevant to the hotel, but the restaurant did not accept credit cards, which caused a bit of trouble as we were low on cash.

Initially offered a room which was too small, however staff were accomodating and changed to a larger more acceptable room. Breakfast was excellent ! Restaurant was expensive for evening meals.

Excellent Hotel - We booked a quadruple room and was very surprised to discover it was a suite. Excellent restaurant in the hotel . Excellent Breakfast - The hotel is set in really nice old medieval suroundings which unfortunately we did not get the time to explore Although the Hotel is convenient to Bergamo Airport (10km) - it is out in the country side and quite remote - Not sure how suitable the Hotel would be if you did not have access to a car

La location nel complesso è più che soddisfacente,molto curato il parco antistante la struttura.Peccato non aver avuto il tempo di frequentare uno dei tre o quattro,non ricordo,ristoranti presenti nella struttura.Ma se il buongiorno si vede dal mattino...................

El edificio, una antigua mansión con mucha historia, bien adaptado La ubicación, próxima al aeropuerto, muy práctica El frío excesivo deniro de las habitaciones. Fuera de ellas se estaba bien, pero dentro se pasaba frío. El aire acondicionado tenía limitada su temperatura máxima de equilibrio a 20ºc, que dudo se alcanzaran Además entendemos que el equipo es insuficiente.
