This hotel in a medieval village has been restored to respect its former glory, and is a good location in which to sample some great cuisine.

In 1500, the family of the Count of Medolago gave the nod for the construction of what was to become a marvellous patrician residence.

Today it is a 4-star hotel and restaurant where ancient and modern combine to produce a relaxing environment. Unwind in peace and quiet in an atmosphere reminiscent of times gone by.

Located close to the the E64 / A4 and just south of Bergamo, you can make journeys into the city or further afield. The hotel also has conference facilities with modern services.

The family of the Medolago counts built this country house in the 1500s, which is today a 4-star hotel.

From March you can enjoy the fitness centre with jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath.

Food & beverage

Breakfast is served from 07.00 to 10.00.

At the hotel there is a restaurant with a menu that suits any occasion, from Mediterranean tastes to international flavours. The buffet features local delicacies and a varied wine list.

The restaurant is open from Thursday to Friday, from 12.00 to 13.30 and from 19.00 to 22.00. On Sunday it is open from 12.00 to 14.00 and on Monday it is closed.

Antico Borgo La Muratella is close to the old town of Cologno al Serio and Malpaga Castle. It is 10 km from Orio al Serio Airport.

la bellezza dell'Hotel e in pochi Km si è vicini a tutto. Bellissimo davvero!!!

Il ristorante annesso è un po troppo caro, ma il personale è molto coinvolgente, mentre nell'Hotel il personale è poco preparato e non troppo educato

Innanzitutto gli spazi sia delle camere (e relativi servi igienici) che di quelli comuni.

Certi servizi specie per gli hotel di "lavoro" non dovrebbero essere più a pagamento e a certi prezzi; mi riferisco all'accesso a internet (€ 4,00/h) con sistema wireless. Pùò diventare per chi lavora fuori sede una vera discriminante di scelta.

Helt sikkert et lækkert hotel, men skuffende at det ikke engang var muligt at få en øl til maden i restauranten fordi de var løbet tør - det må ikke ske på et 4 stjernet hotel.

Zeer zeker het personeel!!! helemaal super

Dat het personeel totaal niets kon vertellen wat er zoal te doen was in de omgeving. Geen wandelkaarten kon overleggen, geen leuke plekjes konden opnoemen, etc. Het is puur een zaken hotel en niet gericht op toeristen.

La residenza di "charme".

Servizio internet wireless a pagamento (4 €/ora)... quando ormai la maggior parte degli hotel (anche di livello più economico) lo offrono gratis. Ottimo il ristorante interno, consiglierei però per l'utenza business 2 o 3 proposte di menù a prezzo fisso, oltre la scelta alla carta. Francamente il livello dei prezzi è un pò elevato per chi è ospite dell'hotel per motivi di lavoro...

L'accueil très chaleureux,le cadre magnifique,les chambres très spacieuses ,nous voyagions avec notre fille en chaise roulante .Le parc est splendide.Hôtel dans un endroit très calme et sécurisé,ancien bourg médiéval superbement restauré et protégé par l'ancien mur d'enceinte.Seulement de passage nous aimerions y retourner pour un séjour plus long.Petit déjeuner très varié.Hôtel à recommander.
