The first night's stay was in a small room with a broken shutter (rm410) that banged all night. The second night was in a lovely room (rm405) that was the best of the 3 hotels we stayed in during our trip to Rome. I would definately book room 405 again. broken shutter in room 410 |

The hotel was in a convenient location and the room adequate. The courtyard bar was not open for drinks and rather forlorn. The room was small and looked onto a narrow street under construction. The breakfast rooms were dark and the breakfast lacked fruit. The hotel was expensive for the amenities provided. |

very nice, it had the feel of old world. We had two rooms and each room had an excellent view. the only thing I can think of was: it needed the internet. |

The hotel was luxurious (just as in the photos) but small (about 30 rooms) so it gives the feeling of being a guest in the home of a wealthy person for the weekend. Breakfast was ample and served on time. The staff was fluent in English and proved very helpful in providing directions for restaurants and shopping needs. |

Great location - close to train station and subway station. Beautiful hotel; large, clean room;wonderful complimentary breakfast in quaint breakfast room. Would book again in a heartbeat! |

The place, where hotel is situated is not far from the Colosseum. However the hotel is definetely not 4 stars. The breakfast is really poor, and the bathroom doesn't have the heating, so during the winter it is really very uncomfortable to take a shower. To improve the breakfast. |

Upon arrival we where told that are prepaid room was not available because the 3rd floor was having a boiler problem and they would have to put us at a hotel down the street. We later found out that there was no problem and that they had over booked the hotel and because we arrived after 6 pm they resold our room to someone else. The hotel they moved us to was not as nice |

De locatie van het hotel is perfect: vlakbij trein- en metrostation, met internetcafé, scooterverhuur, en een mooi plein (Maggiore) en eet- en winkelfaciliteiten (Via Cavour, Panisperna) om de hoek. Het hotel was schoon, rustig en met werkende airco: erg belangrijk! Opvallend was dat het ontbijt erg uitgebreid was: uitzonderlijk voor Romeinse begrippen. De service was prima: men spreekt Engels en is uiterst behulpzaam. Een voorbeeld: de kluis werkte niet, en dat werd à la minute geregeld. Ook de bedden waren (althans in onze kamer: 206) kwalitatief in orde: geen keiharde of juist slapzachte matrassen en geen rare kuilen of veren in je rug :-) Onze kamer was aan de krappe kant. Gezien de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding echter, hebben wij geen reden tot klagen. |

La posizione al centro della città e la sua vicinanza sia alla stazione termini, 5 minuti a piedi, che la fermata dei Taxi, problema serio per Roma, praticamente dinanzi alla porta dell'Hotel. La stanza e soprattutto il bagno non era assolutamente all'altezza di una quattro stelle. |

Ambiente confortevole, posizione ottima, begli arredi La colazione e' veramente carente, pane raffermo e poca scelta, servita in un ambiete troppo piccolo. Bisognava fare la coda per sedersi. Alcune volte siamo andati al bar. |

При заезде в отель сотрудники ресепшн-службы были любезны и предоставили номер до 14 часов. Номер компактный, но чисто и аккуратно. Окна номера выходили в спокойный внутренний дворик. Не радражающий звон колоколов соседствующего Собора Санта Мария Маджоре. Хороший для Италии завтрак - было с чем сравнивать. Удобное месторасположение отеля. |
