The elegantly furnished rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone and mini-bar. In the old residential wing five spacious junior suites and the suite have been created. Each suite is unique for the difference in dimension, shape and furnishings. In all the rooms smoking is prohibited.

Area information

Saluzzese is a large area that extends from the foothills of Monviso to the fertile Po valley; the boundaries are the same as the old Marquisate that dominated the area for 500 years until its annex to the House of Savoy in 1601. Saluzzo has maintained its historic past and the interesting Medieval centre is well preserved and of great interest. In the surrounding area attractions include: the Abbey at Staffarda, the Manta Castle (a FAI property) and the Royal Palace of Racconigi (the summer residence of the Savoy royal family until 1946). Ideal for day trips would be a visit to the source of the Po river at the foot of Monviso, the Langhe where the well known wines of Piedmont are grown and of course Turin.

Travel information

A6 motorway (Turin-Savona) Marene exit. Direction Savigliano, followed by Saluzzo. At the roundabout before entering Saluzzo take the 2nd exit (direction Turin) at the next roundabout 3rd exit (direction Saluzzo)after about 600 m. look for carwash on your right continue for 50 m. and you will see the entrance sign on your right turn into the private road and follow the road round to the entrance.
