Bello ed é propio in centro

Posizione strategica vicina al centro e anche ai parcheggi fuori le mura. Personale disponibile e presente.

La stanza 11 dove abbiamo soggiornato affacciava all'interno di un patio che d'estate funge da bar, ed era particolarmente umida (persino le lenzuola lo erano!).

La posizione la cortesia ed il costo , per una doppia normale, tv servizio internet frigo bar e prima colazione 105,00 euro

Ottima posizione, staff offre attenzione e gentilezza altissima, prezzi giusti.

Il letto e I cuscini non sono molto comodi, nella mia camera almeno (no. 35) faceva troppo caldo: l'aria condizionata non bastava. Il palazzo è antico ed ho avuto qualche problemi di strutture con la doccia, ma non è niente che il staff non ha potuto risolvere!

Happy Staff Great Breakfast

The location is fabulous! Easy walking all around San Gimignano. Parking was close- watch the video on the Hotel website. We would stay here again on future trips! Very helpful front desk staff who spoke English

I thought the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. I loved the view of the beautiful rooftops from my window. The bathroom was clean.

The room was, by far, the smallest, and the bed was just a creeking metal frame, though not the most uncomfortable bed, just loud. It was also just a little frustrating that I could hear all the songs my neighbors were singing while I was trying to sleep...Also, I could clearly hear the man above me peeing everytime. Also online they advertise that you have free internet access from the rooms which was something I needed t be planning the next part of my journey. It is free internet...for 1 hour a day. Then you have to pay. It would have been nice if that was more clear. These are small details that did not in any way ruin my stay. I took with with a grain of salt, because of the wonderful service and staff, and its location.

My wife and i stayed here for 1 night in Sep. The accommodation was nice and comfortable with a neat view into the inner courtyard below. We were on the 3rd floor so the elevator was ver convenient. Location was first class being a couple of minutes walk to the main town centre. Getting to it was a bit tricky but we were allowed to drive into the town and then to the hotel entrance, park a moment while we unpacked and then we moved the car back out to one of the main car parking stations (#3) on the fringe of the town (into a private garage that we had hired through the hotel which was very good). Breakfast in the large separate airy common area was great and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. Great places to visit are the Basilica and the Great Tower (views are just spectacular! but quite a climb). The shopping is also fantastic. Something for everyone. We had a lovely dinner at a place in a back alley called Dorando. Highly recommended.

The location was good

A pretty standard hotel with no real charm. The room was pretty basic and could have done with a make over. The breakfast was very basic.

Convenient for Town, being right in the centre. Comfortable and clean.

Fantastic location within the walls of San Gimignano. Nicely furnished rooms. To drop luggage at the hotel do not bother trying to drive into the town at peak seasons. Either use the hotel's instructions of where to park then carry luggage or use the 30 min free parking bays just outside the walls at the junction of Via del Fossi and Via san Matteo which are about 100m from the hotel.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of a beautiful town. The room was perfect, the staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. I can highly reccomend this hotel.

Absolutely lovely hotel.

I booked this hotel based on reading on other reviews and also the location within the city. Once in Italy I learned that one of my Italian cousins and his fiance also stayed there and loved it, reaffirming my selection. We were a family group of 6 adults (3 rooms) and we all enjoyed our stay. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The staff is most helpful and pleasant. And the included breakfast was great. We loved the charm of this small hotel and appreciated the history of the building and surroundings. I would book this place again in a heartbeat. It was also reasonably priced as well. We parked in p3 outside Porto Jacobo which was a good location for this hotel. There's an elevator at street level that takes you up to city level (or you can use the steps). A great experience.

It's really inside town, so we can just walk around and feels very nice to be in an old building!
