The staff were fantastic, the apartment large and really clean, modern and nice. They even got the wifi fixed whilst we were there. The resturant was fanastic. We loved this place.

Beautiful place, big apartments, clean and well furnished, breathtaking lake view. Price is convenient but I stayed on tuesday and winter.. I believe in summer it might cost more...

The room was cold and the thermostat seemed not working properly.. When finally the system started cause temp too low the fan system was noisy....so had to switch off from main panel to sleep.. At cold! Hotels must take more effort in these point involving comfort of sleep. If you are in vacation you can recover sleeping hour in afternoon, but when in business trip at morning you need to be fresh for the long day to come...

Good location. Very beautiful view. Restaurant with chef cuisine.

At the night was really cold.(i stayed in december). The are no heater in the room.

Waterfront location with wonderful views in small town of Meina but close to Stresa.The appartment had full cooking facilities , with a modern interior design.

There was no cleaning or servicing of the appartment for the duration of our stay (8 days) so we had to request clean towels.

It is quite comfort, just like it is described.

It is a bit far from shops, bars, restaurants. You have to go with car every where because there is no walkway for pedestrians at all. As we came at 7:30 in the evening we call in advance as it was written in the booking confirmation for latter arrival. Than they wanted to give them the number of some other credit card by e-mail or by phone, because they couldn't make a payment by american expres with which we have made a reservation, and no one will be at the reception till monday (we came at saturday evening, and leave on sunday mornining). After we have given them the number of mastercard via phone they left us a key at the reception desk in the main building. There was nobody to show us the appartement which is lokated 1 km away from the main building, so we have to find the proper building, open three doors and find the exact app. Alone in the dark which was unpleasant experiance.

Absolutely gorgeous views from the annex apartment - the location is as close to the lake as you can possibly get!

We lived at Villa Greta, 1 km from Antico Verbano.The location,right on the shore of Lake Maggiore, large ,clean,confortable appartment.Nice pool and sun terrace. You must came by car because is far from supermarkets.But is close to the most important place to visit: Stresa,Arona,Boromean islands, Milano...It has his own parking.

The apartment Isola Madre is just below the terrace and the view is not nice. We only could see the lake from the lateral window.

Poorly clening of the apartment. No toiletries and breakfast. Bsd information about nearest supermarkets, restaurants, etc. For 160 euro per night I expect much better service and really clean room

Beautiful appartments, very well equiped. We actually stayed twice, it was so good we returned! The first time we had one of the appartments on the second floor, this was a better layout for 2 people with kitchen bathroom and living with balcony on one floor then stairs up to a large bedroom with terrace on both ends. Some people have complained that reception is not always open, I don't see the problem, we popped in to the attached restaurant, there are always staff there who are happly to help you. The village is a non-touristy place with a baker and gocery store, the ferry calls once a day in each direction and there are 4 or 5 trains a day from the local station.

Nothing, it was so good we returned after 2 days and will certainly go back again another year.

Excellent Location. The Balcony on the lake worth the staying. The small pool in the front along the shore of the lake.

The minimal staff. The designated Parking is far from the Hotel (200- 300m). The rooms need renovation. There is no air condition, we got a portable unit but it is not comfortable.

View to the lake was marvaleous, apparment was nice and well-equipped and the lady in the reception helpfull.

Hotel supervisor Valentina is a real professional and a nice personality - she helped to arrange our stay in the best possible way in spite of my mistake in the booking. There is a nearby free parking area and also parking places in the garage. Rooms facing the lake are very good. It's a good point to visit Stresa (10 mins by car) and Borromea islands.

Regulations in the hotel are a little bit severe - at least they look like this. The first thing which you see entering the room - a list of do's and dont's and fines. For example - don't move the furniture - 50eur. You have to clean the kitchen, waste the garbage,etc. Which does not look guest friendly.

This hôtel is in fact a residence: the room with a small kitchen. Very great appartment but no service.

The service: we arrived in the evening, as we adviced the hôtel in advance but nobody was there - just a dark closed door... We had to call the hôtel and they finally send a worker to open the door. This is not an hôtel- this is a residence and even in daytime, there is not often someone in the desk.

Great location, bread delivery, clean rooms.

A very good location directly situated at the lake and a cozy small village called Meina with small shops, restaurants, café's and a supermarket. The studio rooms are well organized for 2 adults plus children. A place to stay for adults and children with only 5 min. drive to Arona.

We loved the location and the views from the apartment. We thought the apartment was spacious and lovely to be in. It was one of the most fantastic spots we've stayed in and we would recommend it to friends and family.

There wasn't a DVD player when it advertised that there would be one, and there was an unfinished small room off the master bedroom.

Humidité dans l'appartement non entretenu ( n'avait pas été utilisé depuis longtemps !) Pas de chauffage alors que le temps était tres froid : ils coupent le chauffage en Avril nous ont ils dit mais nous en doutons car l'appartement sentait trop l'humidité et il n avait pas du être chauffer depuis plusieurs mois !!! Confort bien moyen : mauvaise literie sur tous les lits, pas de couettes mais juste des draps ... douche trop petite pour 5 personnes Pas de changement de linge pendant sejour Pas de menage pendant sejour Appartement tres sale à notre arrivée Serviettes de toilettes : mauvaise odeur ( de renfermé !!) Pas de volets sur toutes les fenetres Pas de rideaux opaques en remplacements !! Cuisine trop petite et non fonctionnelle pour une famille de 5 personnes avec peu de vaisselle Deco sale et vieillotte pour le prix exagéré tv à payer en plus !!! Etablissement joli de l'exterieur , presque trop et un interieur tres tres décevant 1 seul adaptateur pour les prises qui ne sont pas comme les notres en France !! Placards avec des restes de travaux dedans??? : stock de climatiseurs, travax non termines dans 2 zones avec des choses dangeureuses pour les enfants ...
