Bruno and his wife were very friendly, helpful and provided a great shuttle service (so no problem finding it!). Apartment had everything we needed and was kept immaculately clean, with a good range of food stocked up daily for us to use for breakfast/coffee breaks.
Didn't realise that the bedrooms and communal area are all in the same small apartment - we rarely saw our fellow visitor but it might not have been the case and could have been awkward. Location not great but we had no problem walking to nearby unmanned station for train into/back from Rome; and the meal we had at the local steakhouse was fabulous!
Convenient location, fridge stock included eggs, pancetta for great (DIY) breakfast, Bruno is very helpful and accommodating. Beautiful grounds, very well-kept, powerful, fast WiFi.
A little tough to find in the dark.
