This hotel was absolutely fantastic - although it was more than what we wanted to spend it was well worth it - the room was beautiful and clean and spacious - the staff were so friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel - also very close to all the attractions in venice. |

It is a well located hotel being within easy reach of the entire city of Venice. The level of comfort was good and necessary after walking the streets of Venice. Staff were extremely helpful and well organised. |

Location is excellent and the room was quite comfortable. People wanting a heavy breakfast may not be pleased, but we found it quite acceptable. |

I liked the decoration of the rooms and the breakfast room. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean.The bathroom was also large and well appointed.. The staff was also very pleasant. I chose the hotel based on the photos on the website and was not disappointed. I would have appreciated some fresh fruit at breakfast. On the other hand, the coffee and fresh rolls were very good. |

The room was beautifully decorated and in a quiet location. The staff were very polite and spoke good english in the main. There were no facilites other than a breakfast room - no bar, no evening meals, no public space at all. The hotel is also quite difficult to find. |

I booked this hotel partly because of its location and partly because it looked beautifully furnished with a genuine venetian feel. I can happily report that the hotel lived up to my expectations fully. I perhaps would have expected slightly more from a junior suite given the cost but this would not at all put me off staying here in the future. |

The hotel was in a very good position in Venice, close to the vapparetto stop and within walking distance of St. Marks and Rialto Bridge. The breakfast was a cold buffet which we weren't expecting. Hardly any choice and awful tea and coffee. We were offered a free water taxi ride to Murano Island which we accepted but were disappointed that we were not told that we would be dropped off at a glass factory and taken on a tour which lasted an hour and felt obliged to buy something. |

Very clean, easy to find. Free trip to Murano and glass factory No tea/coffee making facilities. Room service only up to 9.30pm, no hot water one morning, no early breakfast available on day of departure |
