The location is excellent. We booked a standard twin room with under no money refund option and were given a room stinking with urine, when we asked to change the room the "only alternativ" turned out to be a staff room without windows only with a porthole in the adjacent building behind two locked doors and two lifts (how to get out of it, I wonder). And we have to stay in that room but never closed the windows as a result a friend of mine got ill and the maid tried to take away the only blanket we had in a twin room! I hate this situation especially because we had no option to cancel the booking and find a room in another hotel. You shuld also take unto account the price 250 euros a night!!!

Location, bathroom spotless, bed comfortable Disgusting wallpaper in bedroom with holes, rips, patches. Bedhead worn and dirty looking. Paper thin walls with noise of every bathroom in the hotel audible. Dull canteen like restaurant which did not have the feel of a £200 plus hotel

The hotel has deteriorated beyond belief , looks as though nothing has been spent on it in years . Rude disinterested staff , dirty rooms and truly appalling breakfast . Avoid Have stayed here on numerous occasions over past 20 years I am appalled by the drop in standards . This hotel should be closed down .

Location is great.Size of the room is good. Odour of the room is bad.Room service is poor.We wait for the extra pillow but we couldnt get for two days.Early in the morning arround 7 we woke up with the terrible noise of laundry.

If the goal is to be near St. Marco Square, the location is quite good. The desk was often quite busy and it was difficult to find a good time to ask questions. The bathroom was not as clean as other, comparable hotels. The bathroom in the single rooms may be a little cramped for people with larger bodies.

- Perfect!!!!!!perfect!!!! Perfect!!!! - hotel equiped in venetian style!!! - polite and attentive personnel!!!!! -perfectly situated!!!!! - good breakfast!!!! -as i understood this hotel has several buildings and we were located in the very San Marco square!!!!!!!! it's amazing!!!!!!!!!!! -really everything was perfect!!!!!!
