It was a really nice location and a decent price with breakfast included. And fairly clean as well. The grease smell coming from the mcdonalds directly next to the hotel |

Loved the jacuzzi in the room. The hotels location was fantastic right on teh beating track to evrything No Bar in operation it was closed and not a grat selection for breakfast could have supplied some more water in the room but overall we had a fantastic stay. |

Although the room was small, which I understand is not uncommon overseas, it was quite comfortable and clean. The hotel's close proximity to San Macro was incredible. |

Location Access to room was a joke. 2 lifts to go up 3 floors, with a long walk up and down stairs to get from one lift to another. |

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They saw on my passport that it was my birthday, and sent up a bottle of champagne to our room that evening. The location was outstanding, right near St. Marks, but far enough away to avoid a lot of the tourist noise. The room was VERY large (almost a Jr. Suite), with a sitting area and separate bedroom. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, but that's fairly typical for hotels. Also, the building itself seems a bit rundown, as the hotel is spread across a couple of different old buildings that don't mesh together well, and there are make-shift ramps and stairs to connect them. Not a big deal though, unless you're looking for luxury. |

The location was phenomenal, 30 seconds ( less than...) from St MArk's Square, the staff went out of there way to help and were extremely friendly. Highly recommended... |

it was really close to everything There are bells that go off and at midnight there was like 67 bells so we didn't get much sleep |

Friendly, knowledgeble staff, the room was fairly large (triple room) This is not so much a comment on the hotel facilities, but if you choose to go with their complimentary visit to the Murano factories, please be careful of their prices. According to a shopkeeper, some factories will hike up their prices so they give a 50% discount. But the hotel says it is because goods outside are made in China (Glass gondola is 5E outside, 25E in factory). So keep an eye out |

The location was central to everything. By European standards, breakfast was good. The room was in another building that required two lifts and a short walk to access. |
