Отличное месторасположение! Два шага до главной площади Венеции, а также совсем рядом со всеми магазинами! Приветливый и внимательный персонал.

Отель имеет очень выгодное месторасположение: центр города, в двух шагах от площади Сан-Марко

Крайне не понравились сотрудники ресепции: радушного приема оказано не было, создалось впечатление, что мы им чем-то обязаны! Номер на фото с сайта отеля преукрашен раз в 50. Окна выходили на внутренний "ДВОРИК" с плохо пахнущей помойкой, поэтому пришлось их закрыть и ставнями, и шторами! Номер пошарпаный, душ подтекает. Соотношение цена-качество отсутствует!

Типичный бюджетный венецианский отель - очень скромный завтрак и очень тесные, но оборудованные всем необходимым номера. Из несомненных плюсов - расположение, близость к Сан Марко. Для любителей приключений - необычайная запутанность коридоров. Людям с неважной пространственной памятью категорически не рекомендуется.

Perfect location, 2 minutes walk from San Marco. Clean and comfortable rooms, cozy atmosphere.

The breakfast was ok, but could be improved a bit. The coffe was bitter. During our 4 night stay we didn't see any of the "several Venetian pastry specialities" which was supposed to be included in the breakfast menu according to their website description.

The hotel is in a great location, just off St Mark's Square. It is not cheap but reasonable given the location and the average price of a hotel in Venice. The staff are all charming & helpful. The hotel has all the main facilities - bar, lounge with comfy seats and internet access, breakfast room with plenty of space and decent sized rooms with modern bathrooms. Our room did not have a great view but that is not unusual and it was very quiet given that the hotel is in the main tourist area.

The decor of our room was a bit tired - mainly the wallpaper. There were a number of small rips near the bedside table which had a glass top and many marks from squashed bugs! Probably all made this year so we had no real complaint. Everything else was fine.

Based on information read from your site. Excellent location. Good breakfast. Clean room, rather small but it is Venice.

A comfortable hotel, centrally located . Clean and generally well-managed. Buffet breakfast excellent staffed by pleasant and friendly waitresses.

The stairs were steep and there were a lot of them. There were mosquitos in the room but nothing was done about them.

It had a great location - close to the ferry stops, St. Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge, etc. Perfect when you want to see a lot in a short amount of time.

The staff was not very friendly. In fact, the manager at the breakfast room was incredibly rude. She was unpleasant to my group and yelled at another group to the point one of them left without eating. Also, the front desk was not overly helpful. Also, the extra bed was very uncomfortable.
