The location was good and the owner is very friendly. Also has parking lot for cars. The bathroom was awfull. It flooded every time we tried to take a shower and it was really small. The seat was set to 45 degrees from the wall (not perpendicular as usual) because there was no space between walls. The room, for 3 people, was really small. Actually there was one more bed in the room, but i don't think 4 people could stand in the room.

Nice hotel in centrum Caorle on walking distance of the beach. Our room was very basic (but we new that in front, so no problem). Little bit noisy in the evening and at night by young people coming in. Mr. Antonella is the perfect host and a very nice guy who does everything in his power to make your stay as perfect as possible, so he deserves a 10 for effort.

Location excellent for a stroll to the beach or the old town. Staff friendly and helpfull. Fast WiFi in the restaurant and foyer. Reasonable bar prices. Tiny room with no air conditioning, show not enclosed so everything in the bathroom is soaked if not removed first!

La cordialità del titolare, la posizione ed il parcheggio x l'auto Un tre stelle con un bagno largo 95 cm e lungo poco più di due metri dove la doccia la fai sopra il wc e bagni asciugamani carta igienica tutto insomma io non l'avevo mai visto prima....struttura vecchia porte e mobilio d'altri tempi,materassi troppo molli.....x dirla in breve a parte la pulizia che c'era e la cortesia del titolare il resto lascia a desiderare x un 3 stelle ma si addice di più ad una onesta pensione con una stella...

la posizione non è possibile che un 3 stelle al giorno d'oggi abbia il bagno con la doccia al centro della stanza senza un box doccia. Non merita la valutazione che date all'hotel, struttura e arredamento da riprendere

Das kleine Hotel wurde von einem sehr kinderlieben Chef geführt und man hat sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit wie zuhause gefühlt. Das angebotene Abendessen (z.Z. 13 €) hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber okay. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage.

Credo che le 3 stelle siano esagerate. Almeno una stella è regalata. La camera è piccolissima, il bagno mal mantenuto, la porta del bagno cade a pezzi, la doccia perde, il water perde. Insomma un prezzo troppo elevato per la struttura che è

L'hotel è situato in una posizione strategica perfetta per passeggiare nel centro, lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile, ottimo il parcheggio adiacente alla struttura, la colazione è ricca e ben fornita. La struttura è un pò vecchiotta e il bagno della nostra camera era un pò piccolino... Ma a parte questo, non manca niente e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo!

Personalmente ho trovato tutti cordiali e disponibili.Penso che questa qualità sia fondamentale nel settore alberghiero. Predisporrei nelle camere l aria condizionata!

zentrale Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, empfehlenswert für einen Kurztripp bzw. wenn man Freunde/Familie besucht die in einem Appartement wohnen wo man sich aufhalten kann die drei Sterne entsprechen nicht mehr dem heutigem Standard, max. 1 Stern, das Bad war ca. 2 x 2 Meter groß, es gab keine Duschwand somit war das ganze Bad naß nach dem duschen, sehr hellhöriges Haus
