The buffett breakfast was nice, as well as the dinner service menu. There wasn't information in the room regarding housekeeping services, and I'm not sure there were many services available. |

We switched to this hotel when we realized that the heat wave predicted the next week would make our planned four day stay in a room without air conditioning in Venice unacceptable. We looked for a hotel near the airport to minimize departure problerms. The air conditioning worked well at the Antony. The breakfast was also quite good (approaching American style). The hotel, while advertising itself as four star, is somewhat tired in appearance. Poorly done repairs in the bathroom, for example, with mismatched and roughly applied caulking certainly did not suggest high quality. Lipstick on cups from previous guests also detracted. Difficulty obtaining ice during the day was surprising for a four star establishment. |

I actually ended up staying at the Antony Palace Hotel another of the "Antony" hotels nearer Marco Polo Airport, and very was impressed with the property and the quality of service, especially with the personnel behind the desk. They were all very helpful during check in and out, and with arranging an early morning taxi to the airport the following day. |

Great if distant view of venice from room. Great Breakfast. Surprised at 4* status. Did not understand the english like milk with tea or coffee - none provided in room. (Bar provided some!) Bar didn't have hot chocolate though - out of season in early may apparently! Shuttle busses have to be booked - beware if coming from airport! |

The location near the airport is nice for early morning flights. The rooms are clean and good size. The bartender Stefano is cool, and the front desk reception was helpful and nice. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food and selection was great. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport for an early morning flight and bagged a to-go bag for breakfast to take along for the trip. Not necessarily the hotels fault, but the early taxi was much more expensive than we thought it would be. I don't know if it may be the norm in Venice, but over 30 Euro for a five-minute cab ride?? |

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and professional. They explained bus schedules for me and had a box breakfast ready for me since I was leaving early in the morning to catch a flight. Even their shuttle driver was friendly and professional. |

We especially liked the staff and the location. I did not like the internet setup. It didn't indicate how much on-line time we had left on our purchase. Also we had trouble logging on. |

The staff were great. It was just outside of Venice but they had a daily shuttle that ran everyday so that made it extremely easy. We stayed here two nights before the airport back home and it was a great idea. They also had a shuttle to and from the airport..sweet. Great service and they actually gave a boxed breakfast before our early flight. They rocked. |

Ease of travel to the lagoon in Venice, also close to Venice Marco Polo Airport. The man on reception was a little brusque, but not rude by any means. |

The hotel staff was very nice when we got there. We got their early and one of the staff recommended we go shopping and gave us the bus tickets The shuttle doesn't leave until 6 am so if you have any flights before then you have to get a taxi. Same thing with the breakfast |
