close to airport, close to bus stop to get into Venice, clean , comfortable, excellent breakfast. shuttle to airport very handy had to pay if you wanted to use computer and internet located in lobby |

The close proximity to the airport was my reason for booking the hotel, the hotel arranged for a shuttle to take us directly to the airport which took approx. 5 minutes. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and accomadating, we also had an excellent well priced dinner. There was nothing to do, a gym or outdoor pool/sitting area would have made my stay more enjoyable. |

We stayed at Hotel Antony because of it's proximity to the airport. However, we were pleased with the friendly staff, the comfortable accommodations, the quality of the restaurant, and the appearance generally of the hotel. The only inconvenience was that the Wifi was down the entire evening...Otherwise, great experience. |

Convenient location to airport. Quiet neighborhood. Clean, spacious lobby. Good breakfast buffet and coffee! The computers in the lobby were not connected to a printer, so it was not possible to print airline boarding passes in advance. The desk clerk's response was to give me his email address there at the hotel and tell me to send the boarding pass to him and he would print it; unfortunately, the airline site does not allow that, so we just had to get our boarding passes at the airport. The elevators are small and have no fan or ventilation; consequently,if people who have been in it leave a stong odor behind, you have to hold your breath to ride on it afterward. The room was nice, but the beds and pillows were too firm for comfort, |

The lobby looked nice, and the airport shuttle was a good service (it is not free, they charged me 4eur for that 5 min ride). The hotel is very close to the airport. The Wifi did not work in my room, as per the staff "your room is very up high, you have to come down to the lobby to use it" , I was just on the 3rd floor!! Just fyi people, it was not very stable in the lobby either. At checkout, I asked the guy for a glass of water, and he said "sorry I am not allowed to give you glass of water, but can get you a coffee" |

Staff accepted our luggage and held until rooms were ready for several hours and assisted with walking directions to a restaurant for dinner. We were extremely frustrated on the morning of departure as we had reserved and paid for the hotel shuttle to depart the hotel at 8:00 a.m. for the airport to catch our flight. At 8:20 the shuttle driver responded on the second call that he was stuck in traffic - which we encountered no traffic on our way to the airport after calling for two taxis and a cost of more than 40 euros above the hotel shuttle fee. |

The property was not very impressive but the The management was extremely helpful and friendly. The staff make the property worth the stay. Breakfast and dinner exceed expectations. 20 Euro cab fare to Venice drop points, 1,20 bus fare so easy to get to Venice. Location is not near local restaurants so you are forced to eat at hotel. |

Very good quality for the price and great location. Easy to get into Venice and probably less than half the price of Venice central hotels. Buffet breakfast included was good and staff were all very helpful with good English language ability. |

Close to marco polo airport- nice bed- tea tray with snacks-nice view out the window Inattentive front desk staff- no assistance with luggage-no early breakfast although it;s an airport hotel-an offer of a takeout bag but with a charge added- rudeness from the majority of the staff no organized dinner service-lots of tour companies use the hotel and quality suffers |

The staff were very helpful after the debacle of my pick-up from the Airport (see below). Mini bus to Venice very useful. View from my room beautiful, especially in the early morning. I think your customers should be advised that the mini bus for pickup at the airport is NOT marked 'Antony Hotel'. I waited for 2 hrs for such a bus, seeing lots of other mini buses go by with other names, and eventually caught a taxi. After arrival at the hotel, I recognised your driver, whom I had seen at the airport, quite near where I was waiting, but the bus he was in had another name on it. Very frustrating. |

The location is near the Venice airport, which is what we needed. It seems like a hotel that time has forgotten - trapped in the 60s. The lobby is nice, but the rooms themselves are very old and need updating. Also, we stayed there because of the airport shuttle, and even though we had a reservation on the 9:45 shuttle, the shuttle did not come until 10:15 - so be prepared for an experience like that. |
