Within walking distance of shopping, sightseeing and restaurants.

Arrived after check-in hour and owner gladly sent someone to settle us in.

No wifi in room

The staff were courteous and helpful, making a real effort to provide us with any help we required. The apartment room was well configured and spacious enough to allow the three of us to be very comfortable, and with facilities that allowed us to do the small amount of self-catering that we wished. Access to washing and drying facilties was an added bonus. Lift access to the apartment was also appreciated.

We found it excellent value for money - a nice size room and a bathroom with a proper bath (always hard to find!). There was even a kettle for making tea. We also loved the location and the buzz of Navigli - being able to walk the streets, people watch, etc. It's close to plenty of restaurants and within walking distance of the tourist sights. The public parking is very close to the hotel so parking isn't a problem at all (just ask for the address in advance).

The only negative was sometimes the noise outside our window (one night there was a loud drunk person and one morning a lot of noise from someone collecting/delivering bottles). While we didn't mind, just be warned that the kitchen is quite small so it may be difficult to prepare actual meals (we only used it for making tea).

Good, clean accommodation ..no frills but well placed in the city. Not too far to walk into the centre and the Navigli area itself is great for small independent shops and cool bars + the flea market (last Sunday of every month).

It was a bit noisy on the street outside on the Friday night so anyone that likes getting to bed early might not be too happy.

Clean and staff is friendly,helpfull and everyday your room is cleaned.

If you want to be near to the historic center, it is not the place to choose. Navigli is more famous for university students, and for young people. You can find bars, restaurants... up to late hours.

We had an excellent stay. Will highly recommend to anyone visiting Milan.

The manager did really try to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

It was hot, stuffy and many beds put into a studio room. The air conditioning didn't really work, and had a horrible view.

The Manager was very nice and very helpful. We wanted to stay an extra night than what we booked and he was extremely nice and gave us our room for an extra night. Would totally recommend this Hotel.

Stuff was really very helpful and very friendly. Room was very clean and quite. Hotel is close to city center and Metro station (Porta Genova).

Very nice location close to Naviglio Grande (the best place to be in Milan) and to Milan Centre. Very good value for money.

Quite noisy area and not easy to park the car if you travel by car.

3 things - It is an Aparthotel with kitchen. However you are not allowed to make even scrambled eggs as it comes under "frying" category - There was an electric stove with 2 burners (1 big and 1 small). If we tried to cook with the big one the fuse went off. We could use only the small one and that too with television switched off - If you are family with kids & luggage and prefer taking taxi from train station instead of public transport it would cost 20EUR one way.

The owner (?) Marco is pretty nice and pleasant man Hotel is located in very nice place - Navigli district, very nice place to drink, eat and have fun =)))

If you want service - forget about it. Almost no service, only minimum. Wi-Fi is unstable and slow and complicated in using (a lot of separate networks). No 24h reception! Staff is there only at working hours - all other time you're on your own. The main disgrace that they asked 30 euro if you arrive later than 8 pm. Come on! I met with it for the 1st time. We were lucky and arrived at 7:57 pm, it's because of our flight. We had to take a taxi to be in time. What would be if we arrived at 8:05? 30 euro? What for?! More than this, they gave us a paper before departure where was written that if we wouldn't wash even 1 plate after us they would charge 25 euros from my bank card. What's going on? It's a blackmail! This is a hotel or what?? The room was not small but not really comfortable (from my point of you) They give you kit of 3 keys to your room and hotel, so you have to open 3 different doors in order to get to your room. The kit is only one, it's not convinient if you're couple.

O quarto era amplo e muito limpo, com uma mini-cozinha e banheiro. A equipe é muito atenciosa, com destaque para o Marco, sempre muito disponível. Uma ótima opçao para viagens curtas e de longa estadia - pra quem vai fazer um curso em Milao, recomendo. O bairro - Porta Genova - é um misto de Augusta com Vila Madalena, cheio de bares em volta. Tudo perto do apart. A conexão wifi é boa.

O aviso dos 25 euros debitados no cartão de crédito - para quem nao deixa a louça da mini cozinha lavada apos deixar o apartamento - poderia ser afixado em um lugar de melhor visualizaçao. Esta info está perdida numa cartinha com tantas outras, e certamente passará batida por vários hospedes.

ottima posizione sui navigli a 100 metri da porta Genova,molto pulito sicuramente ci tornerò!
