Un Posto is located in a small village near Bevagna, a strategic point to easily reach all the most attractive villages and tourist centers in Umbria. We stayed in a small room with a breathtaking view and in the spacious and comfortable very characteristic medieval suite. Excellent sweet and savory breakfast on request. Mattia and Laura were very kind and helpful, they advised us and made our holiday even more pleasant. We would happily return to Un Posto in the future.

Of Italian parentage, I have visited this area for many years and Bevagna is a favourite. Unspoilt by tourism like some other places this is Umbria as it should be seen. The architecture is wonderful and the people friendly. Here you will get REAL Italian food and excellent wine. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves it is the ideal place to stay and go visiting the beautiful hilltop towns like Assisi and Trevi. There is a beautiful old theatre and throughout the year there are many festivals celebrating Italian culture and Gastronomy. A walled town, walking the cobbled streets is lovely and car parks outside the walls is a bonus as it is not a huge town, you won't need a car to get from one end to the other

Just staying in Bevagna and going around umbria’s main villages. Be ready to go a lot of uphills and downhills as these old Amazing Borgo’s were all built on hills. Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Orvieto , Bolsena, lake Tresimeno, lake Bolsena, Gubbio, Montefalco, Marmore falls , Frasassi caves. Bevagna is a small borgo not much to do there. The apartment is comfortable, well furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need to make your own meals. We didn't want to leave!
