Breakfast was good No assistance with luggage Although we knew that we were going to an annexe at 100 mts from main hotel our friends had a heavy suitcase and being in their mid seventys having to clime a very steep and narrow staircase leading to our rooms was no joke.

Location, behaviour of the staff, food in the restaurant, room facilities are ok (we took an apartment for 4 people). There was no wi-fi in our apartment area.

The apartment was not in hotel complex, it was a small village house with two bedrooms but as such has no facilities to offer like wi fi or bar or food but we got a real taste of Sicilian life as we were on residential street! Because not in a complex there were no facilities and the hotel was about 3 hundred meters away so we were not quite on beachfront as we expected but apartment was spotless !

Very good location right at the beach. Well cleaned and nice staff. Rather good breakfast buffet. The room was quite small for four people and there was no fridge. Extra cost for sun beds, umbrella and parking.

It doesn't worth for the Price we have payed. All was worst than in 1* hotel. Very sad, and going come back in Sicily, but never in your hotel.

Ottima pulizia,posizione davanti la spiaggia, cortesia e disponibilità del personale. I bomboloni a colazione deliziosi!!! E anche il resto ovviamente di ottima qualità. premettendo di avere soggiornato nella dependance, purtroppo si sentivano troppi rumori, soprattutto quando i vicini di stanza azionavano lo scarico del bagno. Potevano mettere a disposizione ombrellone e sdraio che erano a pagamento.

Väldigt bra läge precis vid stranden. Helt okej frukostbuffe med olika valmöjligheter. Annexet som vi bodde i ligger ca 100 m bort men var fräscht och vi upplevde det inte som något problem att gå till hotellets huvudbyggnad där frukost och receptionen var. Var beredd på att få inom personalen pratar engelska.

La camera ed il bagno confortevoli e puliti i prezzi non sono segnati sui menù del ristorante non NON c'è un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo...avevamo prenotato 2 appartamenti e ci hanno "obbligato" a soggiornare in 2 camere senza colazione (perché non compresa negli appartamenti) e senza nessuna riduzione di prezzo.

Le persone erano simpatiche ed educate. Il servizio dello staff era molto efficiente. Gli apartamenti non erano puliti durante la nostra permanenza li e le tovaglie non sono state cambiate.

la gentilezza dei camerieri a colazione la colazione , uno specchio sopra il lavabo,fastidiosissimo,la camera troppo vicino alla strada,sembra che le macchine ti passanodi sopra al letto,infine anche se viene riportatosul sito,dodici europer il garage mi sembrano troppi.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, da direkt am Meer und kaum 5 Minuten von der Flaniermeile entfernt.. Guter Komfort. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Parkplatz pro Tag 12 Euro sind zusätzlich zu lukrieren. Manche Hotelmitarbeiter scheinen mit ausgesprochenem Widerwillen ihre Arbeit zu verrichten. Doch dann erlebt man mit anderen Mitarbeitern eine große Überraschung, da sie sehr freundlich sind und sogar ausgezeichnet Deutsch sprechen.
