не для посещения центра. автобус ходит редко и нестабильно.

Совершенно необыкновенное место, удивительный интерьер, недалеко от центра города.

присоединяюсь ко всем положительным отзывам об отеле.

пыль, пыль, пыль. такая же древняя, как сам отель. но, может быть, это только моя проблема (я - алергик).

Все понравилось, вилла с парком, из номера был красивый вид, рядом остановка автобуса до города, в отели много книг поо искусству. Остановились бы снова.

Завтрка был не очень вкусный и маленький.

Прекрасное месторасположение, приветливые хозяева, настоящие фрески на стенах нашей гостиной

Шум кондиционера, через который осуществляется вся регуляция климата, включая отопление

Сам отель, чистый воздух, отличные номера и отзывчивый персонал.

От отеля пешком до центра города около 1 часа, автобусы ходят редко. Отсутствует сеть ресторанов вблизи отеля, в самом отеле кроме завтрака ничего нет.

The medieval town Florence is extraordinary interesting, and in my opinion the old villa ApeRosa and its garden were also in the wintertime very attractive. And nice people working in the hotel, always friendly.

A little bit far away from the city, but that was also an advantage, because on the hills there were not much traffic - compared the town in the valley

Easy to reach by car with a good secure parking on the premises. The bus stop is nearby to reach the centre at the train station. The room is pleasant, overlooking the Tuscan countryside and the hotel harks to the time when Napoleon apparently spent a night here. The room was cosy despite the cold weather in December. Friendly staff.

The decor, the staff, the garden, the parking, the breakfast, and proximity to bus transportation were exceptional.

Historic building with perfect service and nice staffs, the restaurant owner recommended is great, very local and Italian food is delicious. Love it

Nothing to complain except for the location, not easy to find,even rely on gps, if no4 bus can be included in the hotel description, it will be helpful

I adore this place! Every single thing about it. And of course amazing Elena and Paolo. Thank you so much for what you do and who you are! No reason to describe the rooms, the service and location - everything is just wonderful! So cosy, so heartful. You feel like you're invited to a friend's house and you're surrounded with comfort and sincere hospitality. You should fit this place, and I mean it. I will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Ape Rosa. The room looked exactly as in the photos, it was really clean and beautifully decorated. The owners and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and fluent in English. We were given a city map on arrival, and all the places of interest were marked for us. The breakfast was also quite good, some variety of sweet and salty food. Plus, we had an electric kettle in the room, and the tea and coffee were free during the entire stay. Also, the wifi was quite good. The location was good, in a quiet area very close to a bus stops that takes you to the center in about 10 minutes. Plus, the villa offers a free private parking and a beautiful yard. I just wish the weather was warmer so we could enjoy it.

Not much on the negative side to be said, just that it doesn't have a 24/7 reception, and if you happen to have a problem in the eventing you'll have to wait till the morning to be resolved. Also, the floor was very cold, so if you are traveling in autumn or winer, make sure to bring slippers. There are not a lot of restaurants or shops close by, too.

Vvery special place in Firenze close to the highlights even though calm and quiet best choice traveling by care The house is amasing garden is a gem I can imagine staying few days visiting the city and after have a rest in the whirlpool what is a formal founten. Breakfast room is a real saloon food is simple but good.

A quilt would be better I don't know why but I don't like sleep like English in sheet and blanket.

This very nice and romantic B&B is an well vintage decorated house,with a very beautiful and big garden,where you can eat in the morning .Two big advantages are the free parking and a very close bus station , in 10 minutes you are in center of Florance.Breakfast is basic but good-eggs,butter,jam,cheese- one type ,youghurt ,fruits and some cakes.It is like you live in Your house in Florance.Thank you for the wonderful time!

The mosquitos in the garden,you need some spray for them else you coudn't stay.

The location was good as it was on the bus route, it was quiet but still close enough to the city. The parking was excellent. The owners' cat welcoming us every day was always nice. The building, although being old was comfortable. When we had a bus tour organised for an early pick up, the staff made sure we had some breakfast which was really nice.

We appreciated the very quiet location (very important for us), the wonderful villa and the beautiful decorated rooms and bathrooms with lots of space. We also appreciated a lot the private parking lot and the family cats! Also the closeness of the historic district of Florence was a positive point. Not at least, we loved the breakfast were we could select from a large choice of different food but I just loved the delicious homebaked bread (during our 3 weeks of vacation we experienced very awful breakfasts). We will come back next time we stay in Florence for sure!

Our bathroom was wonderful decorated but next time I would choose a room with a real shower. It was complicated to shower and wash the long hair in the bathtube.

This hotel is a beautiful place to stay in, the only difficulty we had as non Italians driving was finding the property.We had GPS but that took us only to the street and we had to locate the house ourselves, as it was not sign posted. There is a bus stop nearby to travel into the city.We did enjoy our stay.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area. A bus stop is in a few meters from the Hotel. Using buses( go every 10 minutes) you can get the center of Florence in 15 minutes. As for us we preferred walking. It took us 20-30 minutes to get to the Duomo. Very beautiful rooms. Gorgeous garden with an arbor and a bath. Free parking place. Wi-Fi is available in the room. Breakfast was fantastic. Incredible pleasant caring and helpful stuff. So next time we’ll definitely stay at Villa Ape Rosa Relais again.
