The facilities are in good condition and the location is very good connected The breakfast could use a bit more of variety. The curtains were not covering completely the windows, so there was some light from the street getting into the room during the night |

Very good location, easy to travel around Rome from hotel. Lots of cafes, restuarants availablle around the area. Clean rooms with everything provided in small space. Rooms much bigger than expected. Breakfast on terrace was average. Enough to start the day but not good. |

The merit of the hotel is the location closed to the termini, Metro, bus & taxi stations, the area around provides the necessities for travel. It lacks a proper lobby and lounge, |

The decor is very nice, the second member of staff we spoke to on the Sunday morning was very pleasant. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were told that we could only stay the first night but that the second night was not possible due to the water being cut off the next day. It turns out that the hotel we were sent to was actually very suitable but we had to repack and unpack. I understand that this was out of the hotel control. |

The interior decoration is nice and simple. It had free wireless internet in the room. It had no heating (8 of november). You could feel all the metal parts through the matress. The window did not close well and let almost all the noise inside. The breakfast in the first day was completely insufficient for the number of guests. |

The hotel was ideally located near to the main Termini station with good links to metro, trains, buses to airport, etc. The hotel was nicely decorated and clean. The room was bright and clean and modern with a good power shower. We asked for a quiet room and our room faced away from the main road. Breakfast was good .One of the reception staff was particularly nice and helpful. Some of the reception staff were off-hand - particular the italian ones. Breakfast was always interesting as the breakfast staff were usually surly and you had to ask them to replenish everything - including the coffee! |

Rooms were clean. Staff were typically Italian (anyone who has traveled there a lot knows what I mean). For some reason, had no TV remote to give us for our room and it didn't work without it.... |

Room was clean. Hotel was centrally located near public transportation. Staff seemed disinterested. Air conditioner was not working and no attempt to repair it until 2 days after it was brought to their attention. We were informed that the credit card machine and phone line were down and that we would have to pay cash. Credit card machine worked when other customers refused to pay cash |

Terravision bus stopped right in front of the hotel. Capital restaurant (Calabrian cuisine) right next doors was very good, esp the spag vongle (clams). Air con worked as promised. And did look overall real recently renovated. Bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel each individual spring. |
