As it was our first trip to Rome we had to be advised by booking.com as to the best places to stay. This hotel was excellently located next to he termini which made traveling around the city very easy. The hotel was on the main street but once inside or on the roof top terrace you could have been any where as it was so quiet and peaceful. I have already recommended the hotel ot friends who are visiting Rome later this year. And plan to re-visit in the near future. If I was being picky there was no bar or evening food - but you only needed to walk 20 metres and you had excellent bars & restaurants. Also I eat a many different restaurants whilst in Rome and never encountered one I would not recommend or re-visit

The only thing good about the hotel is its exceptional location opposite the termini station. Hotel staffs were extremely unfriendly. Toilet was small (in particular the shower area - could hardly move). Blanket wool blanket still being used. Doubts on the star rating of the hotel (which was rated as 4 stars).

the staff was very kind in all moment, the bathroom was excellent the space of the room was a little bit too small and for the breakfast I would add some fresh fruit already cut, or more variety. Of course this issues is not very important, just a small suggestion.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel was very clean. Location was perfect. We walked to most of the attractions. Took a tube to the Vatican and the station Termini (main station in Roome) was literally across the road from the hotel. The Airport shuttle bus also stopped outside Termini. Price was also very reasonable and it included breakfast.

+ location (near Termini station and airport bus shuttle station) + hotel cleanness; - General image: a 3* acceptable hotel; - rude receptionist (the men); - the windows not closing to well (cold and noise); - extremely small room and bathroom; - modest (still acceptable) breakfast; - old furniture;

What I like best about this hotel is the location. It is just across the Roma Termini station. Hence, everything is within reach. There are plenty of restaurants, souvenir stores, pizzarias, gelatarias and shopping nearby. The metro station is also within the Roma Termini station so commuting to other parts of Rome was easy for only EUR4 for one day unlimited travel. The hop-on hop-off bus stops on the other side of the Roma Termini station which is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. The room is not that big, but for the 2 of us it's just the right size. The shower however, is quite small, with no room to move. But that aside, we were happy with this hotel because the location is superb, the hotel is clean, breakfast was reasonable and acceptable and the staff ws friendly. They even allowed us to check in before the check in time as our room was available then. The shower is quite small with no room to move.

The hotel was extremely clean and the location perfect, The rooms are probably the smallest I have ever experienced with less than 18cm of space at either side of the bed. It is not possible to stnd infront of the wardrobe and open the door, you must stand at the side os kneel on the bed as space is so tight, I would reccommend the hotel for its location but would always mention the size of the rooms.

The Aphrodite is in a perfect location for seeing all the attractions of Rome and close to where the bus stops when traveling in from the airport. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast very good. The staff were also very helpful.

The design of the rooms was good and they were clean. Bed was hard as a rock. If you like sleeping on the floor you will like them. Staff not very helpful and billing crazy. I had to pay before the nights stay and they blocked the cost of the hotel on my credit card and then charged the room. Hence, I have twice the cost of the hotel on my credit card for the next several of days. The receipt they have me finally the next morning was hand written ....

Central location to Termini Stazione and main tourist sites. Value for money given Rome is an expensive city. Staff were blunt and unfriendly. Breakfast was very poor - (so I chose to buy my own instead!). Rooms were very small.
