Breakfast Staff Changed rooms after early construction work at front side of building
There is no wifi, staff said this was a regulary problem. Towels had stains Bed had old blood stains, I had to put a new sheet on it myself. Toilletseat was all yellow and smelly from old urine. Lots of homeless people at the station, does not feel save after dark. Construction at the facade started at 6.30, and they did not warn me when I arrived.
Location very closed to the Termini Station, Room Quiet enough
As my booking of a room with jacuzzi, when I check-in, the room have shower only, after checked with reception, the feedback from reservation office is: The made the mistake for the wrong room but no more jacuzzi room available. Refund me 20Euro :(
Very clean and good breakfast.
Rooms unbearably hot. Owner too tight to turn air conditioning back on. Windows can only be opened slightly and we also got a lot of street noise. Some of reception staff surly and agressive. Bathroom very small- a little corner opening to get into shower. No way is this a 4 star hotel
everything was very nice. great location just outside the termini station. the staff really helpfull and the reception is available 24 hours. the room was clean and so was the barhroom. good Wifi as well.
Location -u can find other hotel the same location, lots of hotels.no need to stay with in the termini area!!!
Small room-we cant adjust our luggage Hard bed-2 small bed is equal to french bed. They called like that. Small bathroom-shower Bad breakfast- everthing is bad inthe breakfast
Location was more then good even thought there are some noise during night time but still it was a good place
Too many things to say here!! - worst stuff ever!! Bad attetude no respect for geusts plus it was too slow to check in!!! - beds were to hard to sleep on!! - no AC in room - Bathroom was too small!! - break fast wasnt as how I thought it will be!! - in simple words: " I can not understand who rated this Hotel to be a four-star Hotel!!! 1 star is more then enough for it!!
Excellent location near Termini station.
The same price can get you a better hotel in another city, but for Rome, this hotel is fine.
Excellent location just opposite Stazione Termini. I had a single room, very small and compact, but with everything needed. My room was near the lift, and faced the buildings behind, not the station, so was quiet, except for when people talked loudly getting in to or out of the lift. Reception staff pleasant and professional.
Breakfast very average, with insufficient staff to keep food available, so often empty plates on the tables. Or, in the case of scrambled egg, so much that it went cold and uninviting.
-proximity to Rome Termini -good breakfast included -staff worked with us booking last minute -recently renovated, including bathroom
-our bed was a 3/4 size….only 4 feet wide for two people -room was small
Location is very convenient. It is only 2 minutes from Termini station.
In the website, it says terrace view is very nice, but when I went to the terrace in 5th floor, only thing I can see was termini station itself. Moreover, hotel staffs were not very friendly. There was no guide for hotel facilities such as restaurant. I had to go to the front desk and ask where it is.
Location very close to Roma Termini station and other facilities. Good room and ensuite. Roof area for evening drinks and breakfast room. Good staff, especially Patricia.
Noisy guests in next door room.
Location is good, close to Roma Termini Station. Room is quiet. Breakfast is good. Reception can provide the travel information.
Wifi is unstable. Quilt is not real quilt. Hope can provide real quilt rather than blanket.
a bit small room
Very conveniently located next to the main train station, and once inside you would have any idea of the hustle and bustle outside. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, tidy and well laid out.
Close to the train station
Location is good
Can the hotel explain how they get the 4 stars??
Location friendly staff
The crew was very kindly. Thanks a lot to them. The location was good. Near the termini station and airport shuttle bus is in front of hotel. Just a little noisy is fault. But if I'll go again, I'll choos this hotel.
Patricia was extremely nice and helpful when we checked, also check out staff very pleasant!
The new tax effective September 1st raises from 3 euros per person to 6 per night in 4 star hotels. Not a good way for Italy to attract tourists!
Excellent location as it is close to termini, good options to eat out all around the hotel, very clean, friendly staff, good working wifi connection in the room
the hotel was very clean staff were very polite, and the bed was extreamly comfortable
not very keen on the breakfast choice
Across the road from the main metro station and shuttle buses to the airport.
Breakfasts could be better.
Very comfortable and clean, helpful staff and good customer service. Conveniently located near Termini! We had a very pleasant stay!
the doors are quite noisy, you can hear it whenever the room nearby are closing their doors, it feels like it's your door which is being opened.
