The staff were very helpful with our questions and gave us good suggestions for local restaurants and sight seeing. The breakfast was the same very day and could become boring. No fresh meat or cheese but processed ham spread and cream cheese, designed to keep longer and a basic selection of fruit. |

The hotel is perfect, it is in a great location to be able to see everything and the staff are simply brilliant. The rooms are lovely and well decorated and breakfast in the morning is a great way to start the day. |

Excel. condition of room, lobby & breakfast area. All looked newly refurbished & were spotlessly clean. A/C is digitally controlled by guests from touch panel in the room. Bath was attractively tiled & nicely sized (not huge, but generous by Venice standards); shower worked well & water temp was consistent. Continental breakfast served from 8-10 at white-linened tables; attentive, immed. service. Our party of 2 was given a basket of 2 rolls & 2 croissants; cappuccino/hot cocoa were prepared to order & served. Guests help themselves to orange juice, water, milk, apples/bananas, fruit torte, cereals, yogurts, Nutella, butter, & jams.A 5-10 minute walk from the Ca d'Or vaporetto stop(4th stop after RR station)w/NO bridges to haul luggage over |

Nice little hotel, good choice in Venice on a budget. The owner was extremely nice and the employees also. Example: whenever someone entered the breakfast room, the employee would put croissants to warm, so when you sit down after choosing in the buffet, she would put the warm croissants on your table. The hotel is really small, so most rooms have doors that open to the breakfast room lounge... |

Crystal clean and with typical Venezian decoration. 5 minutes walking to the 'Rialto' Bridge and 15 minutes to the 'San Marcos' Piazza. Furthermore, just 5 minutes to the 'Vaporetto' which takes you to the airport. Maybe a bit expensive; Not very easy to find and it doesn't have elevator (the hotel only has two floors). |

It is such a charming hotel outside of the hectic main part of Venice. I gives a visitor a chance to see a warm view of "small town Venice" |

Location is good, room is clean, and nicely decorated in Venetian style Upon arrival, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. I told the front desk and they said it was probably because they had been closed for 3 or 4 days. When we went out for the evening, they put a deodorizer up in our bathroom which made the smell disappear for the first night of our stay. However, on day 2, when we returned late from sightseeing (and there was no one working at the front desk), the horrible sewage smell was back. It was so disgusting that we had to use the bathroom as little as possible and breathe through our mouth whenever we went in there. It's obvious that there is a major plumbing/sewage issue in that room (I think it was the San Pietro room). |

Beautiful decor, handy for tourist hotspots but located away from the hectic areas (perfect location), amazing staff, amazing breakfasts, spotless room and bathroom - just amazing. Some noise outside, early on a morning, from porters carrying deliveries from the nearby canal up to the shops. However, am sure this happens everywhere in Venice! |

We liked very much for the personal wellcoming at the reception, especially with Giuseppe. He is very friedly and kind man!At the beginning I had some problems and he handled them just fine. The cleaning of the room was exellent, towels and the sheets were changed every day. We missed ham or some other meat and cheese at breakfast.Eggs would have been nice too.Maybe fresh vegetables also would have tasted us nicely. |

The location was great - off the beaten path in a residential type area, but close to everything. The proprietor was very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfasts were good. Apostoli Palace is a nice, intimate, small hotel in a quiet neighborhood. We would happily stay there again. |

Guiseppe was welcoming and informative about Venice. Although tricky to find, this hotel is a hidden gem in Venice. We would highly recommend it, and will stay there again. |

the staff is very kind, they even help me to bring my bags to the room. we got a free map (which is more usefull and i regret buying the map in the tourist information). it is clean and quite comfort. it's not so hard to find the hotel. you can go more or less 15 minutes by foot to Piazza san marco and 30 minutes to the train station st lucia the breakfast is not like what i expected but it's not a poor breakfast. they dont have a public bathroom so if you want to go to the toilet after check out, they will let you to use the staff toilet (but it's clean too) |

Very nice staff. Toilet smell terrible, the reason given was due to the high level of water which is not convincing. The room is small. |

Built in 1875, Villa Igea is located in Campo San Zaccaria, surely one of Venice's loveliest squares, only steps away from the hotel's main building. |
Ca’ D’Oro is a truly historic Venice hotel, set in a former property of the Barbaro family, prelates and diplomats for the Most Serene Republic of Venice. |
If Romeo and Juliet’s love story was set in contemporary Venice, it would be in one of the original exclusive rooms of this establishment, located in the San Cassian area. |
Enjoying a privileged Venice location, in front of St. Mark' square and few steps from Doge Palace and the Bridge of Sighs, the Residence is your key to the Lagoon. |
