The apartment we stayed in was exceptional. Was clean and was totally different to other reviews that were on here. Apartment was about 200m from the main hotel. Breakfast was also good. Staff were friendly and allowed us to store our luggage the next day when we checked out and went to the Lamborghini factory

Good location, nice studio

Not internet in the room at all, bad service by the staff, the bed was horrible, basic breakfast. You have to find your room in the city, nobody helps you.

Was within walking distance of city centre and also train station. Breakfast was good!

The shower was lukewarm at best. There was black sediment in the 'hot' water. The wifi did not work, even after approaching hotel staff. Our room had either not been cleaned or not been cleaned well prior to our arrival and as a consequence it was dirty.

The location is good, near the train station, and the apartment we stayed at was located a short walk from the hotel.

We had reserved a room for three but when we arrived there were only two towels in the bathroom. The staff at the hotel was poor, they put minimum effort into serving people.

These are not flats but rooms with kitchen and even if we asked in advance they gave us (3 people) a small family room which is just ok for mother father and kid but NOT for three professionals working together. Internet is not in the room but in the common areas.

Location is perfect just 30 m of Via Independienza(main street in Bologna). AC great. Breakfast ok.

You check in at the main hotel and then you walk 10-12 min to the appartment. Same thing in the morning when you go for breakfast.

Can be a chore, lugging baggage up the stairs. Front desk hotel staff lacking customer service skills. - shame otherwise very nice place

The apartment is really centrally located. The room was big and I have everything that I need. Near the apartment there were many shops that you can buy food.

The WiFi internet was rally bad and was working only for 2 hour durring my 4 days stay.

The location is perfect as it is in the city centre and close to the train station. However, the main hotel is some hudnred meters away from the apartment I rented so I never had time to go and eat breakfast. But I think in Italy everyone should go and have an Italian breakfast in the local bar, having cappucino and a cornetto! The appartment had everyting for anyone who likes cooking your own food. But once again, go out and eat in the capitol of Italian food! :) In the evening you can go to the bar just left to the entrance and have a nice Spritz or anything else. The people are very friendly and they know English :)

The apartment I hired is right in the centre and are very clean and nice. The apartments are well equipped and large. The staff at the hotel are else very nice and friendly. I will certainly go there again! This is a place where you can bring your whole family to. One little problem is that the apartment is a bit far away from the main hotel. Therefore it might be inconvenient to go there for breakfast. However, in Italy one should really do as the Italians do and eat breakfast in a local bar!! There is a very nice bar located just next to the entrance of the apartments where you can get an Italian breakfast cheap. I think they serve other stuff as well for those used to more than coffee and croissant. They also serve aperitif drinks in the evening for cheap and I can recommend their Spritz for 2.50. It is really worth the price! The staff there is really friendly and speak English.

Great central location. Quiet. Large room. King-size bed with firm comfortable mattress [+ firm but less comfortable pillows!]. Well-appointed shower/toilet.

Stairwell walls not clean. Room spartan and an odd shape. No bedside light switch [though it was just possible to get the lamp to stretch to bedside table using TV extension lead]. Entrance hall light not working and I couldn't get room safe lock to work..

We rented an apartement 500m from the hotel. Breakfast was served at the hotel, so we had to walk there every morning, which we liked :) Enogh space in the apartement, and big beds. Kitchen where we made dinner, though the area houses lots of restaurants and take-aways. We stayed for 4 days. Very nice city!

Not easy with the keys to the gate, but ok for us. The kitchen were not fully equipped, this should be completed.

I liked the location. 10 minutes to the station and 10 min to Piazza Maggiore. The appartment was more then i expected.

posizione centrale. possibilità di parcheggio a prezzo contenuto in centro, monolocale razionale, decoroso e ben fatto.

odore di stantio persistente in camera, doccia piena di incrostazioni di calcare e con mattonella staccata,possibilità di fare colazione nel vicino hotel solo fino alle 9.30 e quindi mai usufruita.

Muito espaçoso, mas o espaço não é agradável

Depois de chegar ao hotel, fica-se a saber que o alojamento é noutro local

- Prettige lokatie, tussen centrum en station, alles op loopafstand. - Appartement nieuw verbouwd, schoon - Veel minpunten, maar acceptabel omdat het wel goedkoop was.

- Je weet niet wat voor appartement je krijgt. - Wij kregen er een op de 5e verdieping - Zonder Wifi - Lift zo klein dat kinderwagen beneden moest blijven - Gordijnen konden niet dicht en een rolluik was stuk, kamer kon dus niet verduisterd worden, lastig slapen - Ze waren vergeten het kinderbedje te plaatsen - Hele appartement vol felle halogeen spots, niet dimbaar, volstrekt sfeerloos. - Vraag of er eventueel een ander appartement was waar onze kinderwagen wel mee naar binnen kon werd beantwoord met een "nee" zonder ruimte voor verdere vragen.

Отличное месторасположение. Аппартаменты обставлены со вкусом и достаточно просторны. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Завтрак превосходный.

прекалено скъп за нивото си. това не са апартаменти, а най-обикновени стаи. бяхме резервирали 50 кв м, а стаяте беше не повече от 30 кв м. помолихме да ни поръчат такси на рецепцията, а служителят ни набута някакъв негов приятел с частна кола.

Удобная маленькая студия с необходимым набором посуды. Все исправно работает. Тепло, чисто, уберку и замену полотенец производили каждый день. Вполне приличный завтрак, правда, за ним приходилось ходить в отель. Хорошее расположение: совсем рядом вокзал и автовокзал, но при этом и центральная улица в двух шагах. Очень понравилось. Особенно порадовал скоростной Wi-Fi, который стал приятной неожиданностью: на сайте было сказано. что есть лишь платный проводной интернет.
