Dueño muy amable, nos fue a buscar con el coche al centro del pueblo. La vista del lago es muy buena, tranquilidad. Casa situada en lo alto de la colina.

Very nice view from the room and good located, not far from the city centre. Very friendly staff and good equipped kitchen.

Nice, quiet place. Just 15 minutes by walk to the center. A place to park a car and a small garden. Nice view from the window to the lake and surroundings. WIFI signal was good too.

tea kettle - maybe to put a normal sized tea kettle will be a good idea.

Could have benefited from an easy chair in the small apartment for 2 though perhaps that is because of the time of year we were there - early April. in summer can be outside in nice gardens.

The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, with complimentary tea and coffee. It was all very clean and the young owner was extremely kind and helpful (we arrived very late at night and he was there to greet us). Complimentary Parking and WLAN were available.

The apartment was furnished in a Spartan way.So much that we could not get the feeling of "holiday". Instead of being cozy, it was simply sad. Just to give a few examples: no mirror with the exception of the one in the bathroom (imagine how difficult was for my girlfriend), not a single rug on a terribly cold tile floor, no rugs in the bathroom (we had to use a towel to step out the shower), not a single picture or poster on the wall. The bed was the cheapest possible sort of bed, like the metal frame ones I got during military service, with a cheap iron frame and only one nightstand and one lamp (for a double bed). I could go on with the bath, but I can stop at the shower: just a 5€ curtain, sticking on you every second. Imagine the rest. This is not an hotel, but a really uncomfortable vacation apartment. A pity, because a single, 200€ investment at trip would have solved most issues (and be repaid after a couple of stays).

The hotel is located away from the main town, about a 15 minute walk uphill. This is a positive if you would like to stay somewhere peaceful but still have access to the town centre, restaurants, etc. The room was clean and comfortable and facilities were excellent - full kitchen facilities and access to washing machine and dryer. No reception Marco is on hand by telephone if you need anything.

If you don't want to walk up a hill then you might not like the location. The walls were very thin which meant we could hear the couple next door.

Marco was very helpful. The view was awesome. It was very quiet. Free washing machine.

Marco, who manages the apartments, was v friendly and helpful. The apartments were clean and well equipped. The view is amazing, gorgeous location.

There was no air conditioning, it was difficult to find and most of all, to get back from the town of bellagio, you had to climb over 100 steps, not nice in 35* heat!

Marco the owner and his family were very welcoming and extremely helpful which helped to make our stay very relaxing and enjoyable

The website states 5 minute walk to town. Downhill it is actually ten minutes and uphill it is a steep 15 minute climb on about 100 steps and some sloped walkways. Not all apartments have a view of the lake.

The appartment was amazing, the pictures on the internet don't do it justice! The view from the appartment was perfect and the apppartments were off set so we had complete privacy.

Extra charges make it quite pricey.

Great location just 10 mins walk into centre of Bellagio. Marco who owned/ran the apartments was very helpful, meeting us nearby to show us how to drive to the car park and then providing useful details on how to walk to Bellagio, things to do in area etc. Apartment was very clean and quite well equipped. Overall was good value for money place to stay close to centre of Bellagio.

It was perfect, the house is situated on the top hill of Bellagio, with a great view, amazing garden and very helpful and nice owners. I love it.

The way down to the center of the village/the yachts port is about 15 mins ... but getting back is a bit problem cause you have to climb back the hills and it takes 20 mins.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice view on lake. Nice and clean room. Car parking is available. Located in 10 minutes by walking from the center of Bellagio. Free Wi-Fi. Good choice for a short stay.

It was very hard for me to find this apartment for the first time. I would recommend to call staff for instructions or transfer. The apartment is located on top of a hill, quite a climb, but the view makes up for that.

It was challenging to find, so signage and directions are very important.

Fabulous view of Lake Como. Great parking facilities and within 10 minutes walk of the town center. Everything was neat and spotless. Free use of clothes washer and "nature's dryer." Let Marco introduce you to the best gelato in town (his mother makes it daily).

The apartment's cooking facilities were new. So no staples like salt, pepper, flour, oil were available yet.

Très bonne adresse !! Grand studio avec coin cuisine, grande salle de bain. Très propre, bien agencé. Ah le bonheur que de prendre son petit déjeuner dehors sur le balcon avec vue sur deux bras du lac ! C'est le calme, le repos assuré ! La personne qui s'occupe de la maison est très sympathique (propose même d'aller chercher les résidents et leurs bagages en bas de la ville, la maison étant dans les hauteurs). La maison est à 10min à pied du centre de Bellagio.

La seule petite critique négative serait le trajet de retour du soir: 15 min de montée dans le noir complet. Le responsable de la maison prête cependant une lampe de poche, très utile.
