Very charming hotel, excellent location in Siracusa (Ortigia), big and clean rooms and nice staff. Breakfast hours were VERY limited, the reception desk was not open at all times, even during the day, the mattresses of some beds were not very good (too soft). |

This hotel is in an excellent location on Ortigia, very close to the marina, great restaurants and the main piazza. The layout of the room wasn't workable - it is advertised as an appartment for 4 people, which is actually one room with double bed, and 2 single beds/lounges in the living area. The bathroom is off the bedroom therefore not providing great access for all people. We really struggled to work the TV and A/C, and actually had to ask the hotel staff to come to our room to fix the A/C. |

It is very different to most hotels and quite cultural - I think it makes an excellent base to stay in Syracuse. Perhaps a notice at the beginning/end of the street would make it easier to find! I liked it because all the rooms/apartments were unique and not just like a chain hotel and the staff were extremely pleasant. Yes, maybe the croissants could be fresh and not in packets!! Also, particularly for the ladies, it would be nice to have a full length mirror in the bedroom. |

Le cadre est magnifique, dans une petite rue + cour joliment fleurie. L'appartement avait une terrasse, très agréable. Internet à dispo dans la salle petit déjeuner, petit déj par ailleurs copieux. Equipement de la cusine limité ; téléphone ne marchait pas, mais le personnel s'est arrangé pour trouver une solution |

Mooi zwembad, helaas was een gedeelte afgesloten en waren er werkzaamheden rondom het zwembad. Personeel moeilijk bereikbaar en spreken zeer slecht engels. Tevens is het hotel erg moeilijk te vinden, wij hebben er 2 uur over gedaan om het hotel te vinden! |

Unos apartamentos con encanto especial y un calidad impresionante, bonitos, cómodos, especiales.cerca de todo y al borde del mar. Nada, todo me ha encantado , ha sido una sorpresa la relación calidad- precio, el hotel donde se desayunaba , al lado alla giudecca era impresionante, con escavaciones encontradas y la resolución de lo moderno (cristal) con lo antiguo la piedra, osea maravilloso. |
