Very friendly and supportive staff, not only during our stay, but also before. Spacious and comfortable appartment offering everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals / drinks. There's everything you need in the direct neighbourhood (supermarkets, tobacco shops, restaurants (among them places where locals go), ice cream parlours, etc.). If you plan a trip to Rome, this is the place to be. The location is ideal if you want to explore Rome by foot. The Colosseum / Roman Forum are just 5 minutes away, many other spots and sights as well.
There's nothing I can complain about.
The location was great. Right down the street from the coloseum and the metro as well. Staff was friendly and the room was cleaned well everyday.
We chose an apartment that was a few floors up an elevator would have been nice. When we checked in we were told that they had applied for the permit to install one.
Spacious, clean and good location.
The house is old so when we stayed there it was so cold. We had to sleep with the air conditioner opened all night.
The staff was helpful and excellent. Valentina was always nice and courteous. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place. The laundry service was top notch! Thanks for great hospitality.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless I was still able to sleep
It was perfect for location & comfort. No complaints - Mary was super nice & accommodating & made us feel right at home. Ideal for friends, a couple wanting privacy from the busy city or a family looking for value. Had everything we needed & the bed was amazing!
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
Enthusiastic manager Mr Khan and location
Decor, cramped flat, noise from outside corridor
Great location, really helpful staff and great coffee maker! A fantastic little place - brilliant base for seeing all the sites.
The sofa bed was really hard! Really a flat for two sharing the double rather than a third on the sofa bed.
A 5 min walk to Colosseo/Foro Romano, big amount of nice places to eat/drink nearby (Mr. Khan will give you special map with all the locations of interest), every day full room service, even small breakfast like cookies and jam (laundry and ironing included and free of charge!!!), great design, all the necessary kitchen equipment
There is no lift in the building (our room with terrace was located on the 6th floor) however staff will help to take your luggage up/down and our bed seemed to be a bit fragile, however all these cons are not worth mentioning at all
- Excellent service, Mr. Khan was very competent and helpful! - Perfect Wifi-system - Water pressure in the shower - Close to many spots (restaurants, shops, Colosseum, parks etc.).
Very central location near Colosseum. Helpful staff
Noise from neighbours and reconstruction work. Wi-fi wasn't working properly.
we like the room very much
the stuff wasn't always avalibale and the fact that there is no elevator
great location. Very helpful manager (Mr Khan), who was incredibly helpful and sorted out all our issues. The kitchen was very well equipped and full of quality furnishings. The local trattorias were excellent and gave us the impression of being one of the locals.
The Wifi didn't work at first. No lift and so not too easy if you have heavy cases and are on the 4th floor.
Very friendly and courteous staff
The location of the apartment was great and Mr. Khan, the administrator on site, was extremely helpful. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the Colosseum, the Forum and Circus Maximus -- each an easy walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is well-appointed and brightly-coloured; the balcony small but functional; and the area itself Italian residential, not touristy.
In the suite immediately above us a renovation was in full swing. The noise began shortly after 8:00 a.m. and lasted throughout the day. Advance warning that this was happening would have been appreciated.
Helpful staff, great kitchen, excellent location.
The fact that it wasn't located in a touristy area meant that we weren't paying touristy prices for the local restaurants and bars. It was very close to all amenities and close to the Colossus.
- 7 minutes walk from colosseum and metro - mini markets , nice restaurants and even some bars in the area - the automatic espresso coffee mashine is a life saver . - the bathroom has everything you need, even a bidee pistol (very handy) - excellent wi-fi signal
- the building sometimes smells of food being cooked (that's not always bad) - had a wifi problem the first two hours but it was resolved . - we were told there was a cleaning lady every day , but no one came , although we hanged the marker on the door as advised . - the pillows are quite large which gave me a headache - the duvet was for a single bed and not for a double . which left my friend to be covered by a not so nice blanket .
The location was great, very close to the Colosseum. Khan was very nice and helpful . Wi Fi worked great !!!! The room was very pretty, clean and comfortable and we loved the Nespresso machine.
We didn't have enough hot water for 4 people.
Nice little apartment with very unique decor! Nespresso!! Nice little kitchen with fridge. It's nice to be able to pick up food at market and have on hand if you don't want to eat out for every meal. The master bedroom was huge and fourposter bed was firm but comfortable. Great air conditioning! Housekeeping & Laundry Service! The girls kept the apartment stocked with coffee and goodies! We put out a full bag of laundry and it was back the next day! (no extra charge) Good personal service and help with arranging transportation
NO ELEVATOR!!! Unfortunately, the two extra beds were not very comfortable - hard and low - my adult son and girlfriend compared them to a cot for a child water pressure/hot water was not always consistent but we were on the 4th (5th) floor
Location: Next to both the Colosseum and metro! Receptionist: We arrived after midnight due to late plane schedule, and he waited for us to help us check in
I had a wonderful trip in Rome with my family and the apartment was more than I expected, comparing to all the other hotels in Rome, it had everything you need, stylish and easy to get to. It made my family feel like home. Plus the staff was very helpful and nice.
the rooms were nicely decorated, with a lovely little terrace to sip the coffee they provide. The place is nicely situated, very close to the Colosseum site, metro, trams and buses and it was a friendly welcome
the promised breakfast was only some dry biscuits and plum jam so you should count on buying breakfast elsewhere. And the bed was too short - when someone who's only 5'4" has to sleep at an angle to stop her feet hanging off the edge it really is too short!
Location is great. Close to some of Rome's main tourist attractions as well as a Metro station (line B). Lots of restaurants around and a Carrefour Express on the SS Quattro (near the Colosseum). The kitchen is well equipped, with a hotplate, pan, cutlery and plastic dishes. It was perfect for preparing breakfast and dinner. They also provide a Nespresso machine and coffee capsules. The staff is friendly and efficient. We had some small issues with the sink and the shower and they fixed them right away. There are only stairs and we were on the 3rd floor, but the manager helped us with the luggage on our first day and had someone come and carry them when we checked out. The apartment was cleaned the and towels changed daily. On request they can also do your laundry. There are individual WiFi sources in each apartment ("WiFi Cubes").
We had an apartment with a bedroom and a kitchen with a sleeping area. Not really a major issue, but it would be a good idea to have a door between the rooms. The building doesn't have an elevator so it might be difficult for older people to climb to the upper floors.
