Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice - we supplemented with fruit and yogurt. The decor is as pictured - think art student apartment. Pretty quiet. We stayed long enough for free laundry and it was excellent. Convenient location near the Colosseum, bus and metro lots of restaurants, a 24 hour grocery. Good value.

A little 'history of the building. It rises in 1928 after the end of World War I by the hand of the Earl Cosimo Iaia, graduated in Economics and personal tailor of the American ambassador in Italy.
