Location and decoration style
Location excellent - hotel staff very good and helpful.
Apartment a little tired, but still very comfortable.
Excellent central location, close to venues and shopping and responsive management.Good size bathrooms and well presented , cosy atmosphere in apartment. If opportunity arises will book this apartment again.
Hot water short supply and no common sitting area.
best place to stay in florence! the location is something more than perfect. it is perfect for families as well.
We loved this apartment and do plan to stay here again. The balcony over the piazza was awesome! The location was vibrant and so convenient to everything.
Even thought it was noisy on the weekend, it was worth it.
Location is the best you can have in Florence. Your first neighbours are Uffizi gallery and Palazzo Vecchio, but also other attractions are very close.
During nights could be very noisy
Location was fabulous, although very noisy through the night. Lovely safe building, close to everything.
Apartment needs a bit of TLC, especially the bathroom. A double bed in one of the bedrooms would have been better.
Location Close to places of interest, shops and restaurants Walked everywhere No need for taxis
Location Apartment space
No maid service or even fresh towels daily without paying a significant extra charge. Church bells ringing on the hour at night.
Comfortly apartament, 2 bedroms and 2 bathroom - very nice. Staff friendly. Doors soundproof. Hygienic in bathrooms. Some water and small cookies for every guest. Nice really. If you arrived in night - You can drive near the apartment Pazza Signora 2
Window doesn't sound proof. Courtyard is a dirty garbage with trashbins fulled glass bottle. Every 11pm and 9 pm trush is cleaning. Sweet drems - if 200 hundred glass bottles are dump from trashbin. Check in in hotel Bruneleschi 200m from apartament. but not courtyard
The unit was spacious and right on the piazza next to the Uffizi Gallery
No ice cube trays in the frezzer.
Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We loved the perfect location and the appartment was fitted out beautifully with all the nessesities one would need.
Kitchenette was incorporated in one of the bedrooms which was not convenient.
Fantastic location and wonderful to have an appartment although the kitchen was very small but well equiped.
The service and location
Excellent location in the main area of Florence. Hotel staff were excellent and at all times very helpful.
Loved the location. The staff were amazing and helped with luggage.
The bells, every hour on the hour ALL night. Very noisy from about 6am
Everything about this apartment exceeded my expectations - location, amenities, comfort were all terrific. I can't say enough about the Hotel Brunelleschi - their service was exceptional, they anticipated our needs and provided excellent concierge service booking last minute dinner reservations, carrying our luggage to the apartment, meeting us at 5am for a taxi pick up. Loved the location on the Piazza, it is a bit noisy during the day with the windows open, but once the windows are closed it is quiet. No issues with getting a good nights sleep.
If one is truly looking for an apartment, this apartment may disappoint. Otherwise, it is very clean, well decorated and comfortable.
The location is super convenient. It's very near almost all the main areas of attraction, and is a walking distance to the train station. When you walk out of the apartment you are immediately at the piazza Della signoria which is beautiful with all the fountains, sculptures and ancient buildings. There is a porter to help you with your bags when you arrive, and Mario who was there to meet us at the apartment was very helpful (thanks Mario) and knowledgeable about Florence. He even helped me map out the key points of interest without me asking. The rooms are beautiful and clean and even though they are in the heart of Florence, I didn't hear much noise and slept well. The apartment is actually part of a hotel so you do get hotel services eg concierge service etc when you stay there.
1)We had to pay to call the hotel even when we use the apartment's phone. I can't remember the amount now (1euro per call?) but I think it's quite nonsensical to have to pay to call the hotel from their property. 2) the day before we left, we told the hotel reception what time we were checking out. They arranged the taxi for us but the next day, the porter forgot to show up. The porter had two functions on checkout day, one being to help us with bags and two, to pick up the keys from us. We waited a good 20 minutes outside (after bringing the bags down ourselves), and all the while, the taxi's meter was running. When I called the hotel, it was clear that they did not know what was going on but said that their colleague was coming over. We waited another 10 minutes, but the said colleague still had not arrived and in the end we took the taxi to the hotel to return the key ourselves. That was pretty upsetting for me as I was worried we were going to miss our flights.
The location of this property is excellent. The beds are a little hard, but everything is is great. I didn't give it excellent because that is really reserved for a five star. Will stay there again.
Fantastic location - right on the Piazza!!! Beautiful apartment! Smart solutions for the kitchenette. Very friendly staff! No significant problems with parking - we found a garage nearby and the staff helped with the luggage.
Only view towards the courtyard from our appartment - but that depends on which of the apartments you book. No real negative things to say. :-)
A stunning apartment in a central location. Beautifully furnished with traditional Italian flair. No problem with noise. Highly recommended.
Slight problem getting in, as we arrived in the evening. Incorrect phone number on the property. With kind help from the restaurant below, soon sorted out and the attending staff were extremely courteous.
the location was so central
Didn`t have an iron
The location is great. The apartment is run by Brullenschi hotel, the staff from the hotel were very helpful and offered the services provided to hotel clients.
The apartment had a full kitchen, they could have provided some tea and coffee sachets. The toiletries were barely enough, I think they should ask if one needed more, or more towels. The apartment was not cleaned while we were there, which I didn't mind because we only stayed 4 days. But if you stay longer, you will need this service.
The apartment was nicely decorated and located in near all the attractions. There was no view of the Piazza as indicated in the ads.
The hotel advised us to make New Year's Eve dinner reservations immediately to be guaranteed a table. The restaurant we ate at was expensive and the food was satisfactory. However there were any restaurants accommodating dinners without reservations. We felt taken advantage of since we were Americans. The prices on the menu were higher for Americans than the locals. Don't let the manager make your dinner reservations! Overall, I felt the price was too high given the amenities. Value not worth the money.
