location, value, convenience
If you are parking, this can be difficult
Location is excellent, clean comfortable accomodation for 5-6 person, well equipped (AC, wi-fi, kitchen) comfortable beds, two bathroom etc. Staff is very helpful. I would advise to use offered transport option cheaper than Leonardo express for 5 person!
Noisy! cannot rest in the night because street side windows are old and not protect sounds at all. Wi-fi sign is poor, you can use devices only in the main room. No international channels on TV - good for learning italian language :)
Close to Vatican city, eatery places..walking distance to attractions
AC is erratic for the hall area. Hot water for shower is erratic as well. Shower room is unbelieveably small. Can hardly have a nice shower
Very good location and a food store nearby. The apartment was nice and clean and the staff were really friendly. Excellent value for money!
It was spacious. Everybody had their own tv. Kitchen was well equipped. 5 stars!
Clean. Nice view of the dome of St. Peter's. Location half hour walk from the old town. Large bedrooms. Ikea furniture. Wifi.
The bathroom and the shower stall are very small. Hot water is on after 5 seconds, so cold showers with little water pressure. The sofa bed is not very comfortable. Kitchenware is sober, no tea towels, bread board, tea pot and things like that. In summertime with open windows, quite noisy because of the traffic.
Location, the apartment itself.
Although several emails and messages, the team of this "company" was extremely late; I have waited outside the apartment for more than 2 hours with my 2 small kids. I have made more than 4 contacts by phone , received a lot of promises but nothing. Not serious
It was a great location, good size ,clean and confortable
The bathroom has not a courtain, water go everywhere. We missed microwave.
Toilet seat is not correct one and kept slipping off( not a big deal)
Easy walk to Vatican and metro. Even walked to several tourist destinations. Lots of local restaurants.
Good location. Very close to Vatican and its museums. Friendly and efficient staff.
No lift. No view from the windows. Washing machine was not working.
Good location Clean apartment it was the best place for this price
Gabriel met us in front of the apartment. We checked in in 5 minutes and he gave us all the inside scoop around. The picture of the Vatican is misleading but the apartment is 10 minutes walk easy to the Vatican. It is right next to a beautiful green park with lots of trees and beautiful view. Apartment was supper confortable and nice. So overall tank you Gabriel for the wonderful time we spend on this specific apartment. Via Fornaci 303. Great place. Great city.
We found some broken glass on the floor and on the bed. But overall the place was clean and nice. Kitchen was great.
Very close to the Vatican
Parking is very limited.
The apartment is near vatican city. The apartment is ok for the money we paid.
Left to your own accord, good introduction by staff about Rome on arrival, traditional design, good internet wifi.
Busy road outside, broken air conditioning, water was cold most of time using it( ie cold showers) and no water pressure.
The views from the apartment is nice. Bathroom was nice and clean. Floors in the apartment were dirty. I think the coverettes should also be washed for sanitary reasons. Stains on furnishings should also be cleaned. TAXIs could not locate this place and would hang up on us every time we called. We had an elderly lady with us so it was hard for us to walk to find a TAXI.
Close to the Vatican
Looks nothing like the internet picture, Wi-Fi was sporadic at best, bathroom was extremely small, shower was 2 feet by 2 feet (don't drop the soap), had to walk sideways to pass by the foot of the bed, needed a ladder to get to shelves in the kitchen, and the walls were so thin that you heard everything in the next apartment. Recommend that anyone considering this option get a hotel room. This apartment sucked and was way over priced.
Everything, was almost too good to be true. Thought we had the wrong apartment, just looked too good for the price. Great position, so much room, we loved it.
Very close to the Vatican. Nice location as it is on the main street & there is a supermarket close to the apartment,
The water heater is not working properly as it suddenly become too cold then too hot.
The location was excellent. Any closer and we would have been on St. Peter's Square. The reception was very good, with friendly service. The apartment was very quiet and within walking distance to everything. Exactly what we were looking for.
Very little to complain about here. The floors could have used a mopping as my son's feet were black after running around for a few minutes. The bed was a bit loosely assembled.
Too noisy. Shower extremly small. Water pressure in the showe and tabs very weak. Only left 2 higenic paper rolls for 3 people for 4 days
The apartment at Piazza della Rovere 97 has a modern interior in an old building. It's the one with red and white painting on the walls. Good thing it was just on the ground floor. It was 3-4 steps from the door. It was an easy walk especially for our grandparents. The two-bedroom unit was spacious for 5 people. It can even accommodate two more people. The amenities are great. One can even bake since an oven is available. Cooking utensils are complete. They even provide bath towels; hence, you lessen the baggage. Andreas met us when we arrived. He explained the facilities and gave us a map. Two minutes away from the apartment is a mini-market where you can buy your food supplies. If you want to try Italian food, there's a 3-minute walk restaurant called Sor'eva. They serve good pizza especially cappriciossa. The Vatican is around 7-10minutes walk depending on your pace. Castel d' sant angelo is also near.
During the booking process here, i didn't see the address of the apartment that i have to call booking.com to ask. Hope you can complete the details like the addresses of the units that are offered. Thanks!
Noisy bulding due bussinesses runing at ground floor and very old run down instalations.
