Best location, the balcony is facing the piazza duomo, couldn't find a better spot viewing the duomo. The apartment is very spacious, well designed with unique style, can be big enough for a group of friends. The night view from the roof terrace is breathtaking. The staff is very friendly. Definitely worth being recommended!

Palazzo Maria is perfectly located in the wonderful old town of Cefalù. (Even the beach is very close!) We had a very nice apartment although it did not face to Piazza Duomo. Francesco and team are very friendly and accommodating people. They organised an excellent shuttle service to Palermo airport.

The appartments are located in the best possible place in Cefalu, on main square, in a wondeful ancient building. When you get out of the building, the atmosphere was gorgeous and special, since the surrounding area is so nice. Our appartment (Turriddu) was pretty spacious (kitchen, living room and separate bedroom) and it was pretty quite. The views from the roof tarrace were breath-taking, great place to enjoy the sun- set. The management (Francesco, Angelo and Stefano) is very kind and professional and their English is fluent. Francesco was extremelly helpful and nice - he was waiting for us until 1am to check-in (we had to spent time at Palermo airport, since our luggage was lost in Rome airport), and let us check out at 3pm (although standard check out time is 11). Overall, we stongly recommend these appartments and Cefalu for vacation, since we had a wonderful time there. The furniture could be better, taking into account the price of accomodation (particularly bed, which was not too comfortable).

Great location in the middle of Cefalu beside the Duomo but also close to the beach. Fantastic views from the rooftop. Clean and comfortable self catering lodgings. There's no parking, and it's a struggle to drive through Cefalu.

The owner Francesco is extremely helpful and obliging. The accommodation itself is centrally located on the cathedral square, although ours faced the rear back-streets which are also interesting. Cefalu itself is wonderful; it is full of visitors but somehow retains its charm and is clearly popular with Italian families. Good beaches and restaurants. Nothing we didnt like. However the accommodation is really a self-catering apartment and so not an hotel room as such. If your are looking for luxury or a hotel feel (ie like a Hilton) then this isnt for you. But if you like somewhere authentic, a bit quirky and easy going: then this is for you.

Hotel situated in the center of Cefalu', there are many restaurants, café and shops near. In the roof there is terrace with beautiful view of Cathedral and square. The beach is not far from hotel, about 300 m. In the evening it can a bit noisy.

L'accoglienza e' stata molto professionale e l'appartamento e' al centro di Cefalu' antica.Abbiamo fatto un aperitivo sul balconcino della stanza ...vista sul duomo e sul mare .Niente da invidiare ai bar e ai ristoranti della piazzetta (3 volte piu' cari del nostro aperitivo "fait maison"). Vi consigliamo il ristorante il covo dei pirati o la brace .

La ubicación es inmejorable, en el centro del centro histórico. Eramos 4 personas y dos dormimos en un sofa-cama bastante cómodo. Está bien equipado con cocina y lavadora. Estuvimos una noche pero es perfecto para pasar dos o tres días por la zona. El personal es muy amable e incluso hablan en castellano. Es muy complicado llegar con las maletas, ya que cierran al tráfico el centro histórico durante unas horas. Hay que tener paciencia al conducir por esas calles. Es complicado encontrarlo porque no está indicado en el exterior salvo con un cartel minúsculo. Se encuentra entre dos pizzerias.

Trés bel appartement spacieux et très bien équipé, très bien situé en plein centre historique; Le personnel est charmant et très agréable; C'est un endroit à vraiment recommander !! Il n'y a pas de possibilité de stationner sur place, il faut se garer à l'entrée de la ville; Mais cet inconvénient ne remet pas en question le choix de cet appartement qui est vraiment formidable;

When we have seen our apartments (Ruggero) we decided to stay here one week more. Each of two rooms has a balcony with view to Cathedral. Nice kitchen corner with all necessary kitchen-ware, pots and pans. All food we have bought in grocery stores near main square. 3 minutes on foot to the nearest beach. 8 minutes on foot to the train station. We tender our thanks to the personnel namely Francesco, Angelo and Stefano. We will be glad to stay here during our next vacation. __Мы планировали остановиться в отеле на 4 дня. Но отель так понравился, что мы остались в нем еще на неделю (в начале июня 2011 в апартаментах "Ruggero"). Две высокие прохладные комнаты не требовали включать кондиционер. Два балкона выходят на уютную главную площадь перед кафедральным собором. Вместо будильника в 7 утра нас будил звон колокола собора. До ближайшего пляжа по улочке 300 метров. Продукты покупали в магазинчиках около площади. Полностью оснащенный кухонный уголок позволяет приготовить все что угодно. Завтракали, обедали и ужинали на нашем балконе. Очень доброжелательный и обходительный персонал - Франческо, Анджело и Стефано, которым мы выражаем нашу благодарность и признательность. С удовольствием поедем туда снова. Как во многих старинных дворцах, в Палаццо Мария нет лифта. Но это нельзя назвать недостатком. ___ No elevator in Palazzo Maria - but this thing is completely compensated by marble stairs, large beautiful rooms and location.

L'atmosfera dal sapore antico, trattandosi di un palazzo storico costruito all'epoca di Ruggero II. La particolarità è data dalla suggestione che deriva dalla sua posizione, sotto le pendici della famosa rocca di Cefalù e dalla sua vicinanza al Duomo. Portate le candele da utilizzare per una cenetta nel terrazzino annesso ad ogni appartamento. Potevano mettere a disposizione una bottiglia d'acqua, le doppie prese e qualche strofinaccio per asciugare i piatti.

La posizione centralissima, con splendida vista sulla Piazza del Duomo; la grandezza dell'appartemento (Costanza); la disponibilità, cordialità ed efficienza dello staff Essendo un palazzo storico non ha l'ascensore. L'arredamento degli appartementi può essere migliorato, benchè si veda che sono stati fatti lavori di manutenzione ed è tutto pulito

La mia non era una camera ma praticamente un appartamento accessoriato di tutto anche in cucina c'è tutto l'occorente per chi vuole prepara dei gustosi pranzetti il massimo per chi ha dei bambini o per lunghi soggiorni veramente bella...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chiaramente essendo in un centro storico difficolta nell'arrivare in macchina e la mancanza di parcheggio

Appartamentini ben ristrutturati colorati e accoglienti. In quello occupato da noi c'era anche una bella terrazza. Il personale della reception è molto disponibile L'unico elemento secondo me da rivedere è costituito dai materassi sio letti...non proprio comodi

Das Hotel ist direkt am Domplatz, also mitten im Zentrum. Wir hatten eine sehr großzügige Suite und konnten vom Balkon direkt auf den Platz herunterschauen. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit ist etwa 10 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt möglich (im neuen Hafen). Der Strand ist ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Leider ist es doch sehr laut, auch wenn Fenster und Türen geschlossen sind und die Restaurants gar nicht so lange offen haben. Irgendwie hallt es vom Platz hoch ins Zimmer. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, für 1 - 2 Nächte ist es okay.

Gerants très accueillants, serviables et disponibles.endroit magnifique et plein de charme.très bien situé.le personnel de l'hotel a toujours d'excellents conseils si l'on veut découvrir Cefalu de manière moins touristique, ses restaurants et bons plans.a recommander nous avons vraiment adoré cet endroit.

Bellissima la location in piazza Duomo, la zona giorno dell'appartamento Santuzza affaccia su un vicolo del centro storico e avere la cucina, anche se per un soggiorno di una sola notte, ci ha permesso di preparare una buonissima cenetta prima di una passeggiata tra le stradine di Cefalù. Romantico, indipendente e rilassante! La presenza dei ragazzi dello staff era prevista dalle 9 di mattina, ma alle 9.30 abbiamo dovuto telefonare perchè venissero a palazzo Maria dato che ci serviva effettuare il check out per prendere un treno alle 10. è un imprevisto comunque evitabile se si conosce l'orario di partenza, che noi invece abbiamo dovuto anticipare per un contrattempo. Appartamento molto carino e pulito, tranne che sotto il letto!
