Santa Margherita Ligure is less than a 15 minute walk from Hotel L’Approdo, and buses stop close by the hotel, giving you easy access into both Santa Margherita and Rapallo towns. Rooms at L’Approdo are design in a contemporary style, with modern features from satellite TV to free Wi-Fi internet access. There is also a free internet point at reception. Almost all of them feature their own balconies with beautiful views of the sea. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were good-sized and very clean. The walk up the street with no sidewalks was treacherous, particularly after dark.

The reception staff were very friendly and always helpful and accommodating. Our room, which had a balcony, was lovely and sunny and had fantastic views of the sea, a beautiful church and Rapallo. The room was comfortable and very clean. The location of the hotel was excellent - a 10minute walk to neighbouring Santa Margherita and the 1 km walk to Rapallo Centre has beautiful views of the three San Michele di Pagana beaches. A bus-stop is located right outside the hotel. The breakfast was also most enjoyable. The hotel provides free internet access which was very welcome to keep in touch with family at home. The bathroom was very small as was the shower. The mattress could have been softer. Part of the walk to Santa Margherita was nerve- racking, particularly at night, as there is no pavement on either side of the road.

Very good location (between Rappalo and SML), nice and friendly stuff, 24 hours help and advice. The location is good, but the road that joins SML and Rappalo is a little bit scary! Fortunately the bus stop is just in front of the hotel.

It's a very clean & stylish hotel. The service and people in the hotel are extremely good. Location is convenient ( exactly in the middle of S.margherita ligure and Rapallo). The bed is a bit too hard.....

Stylish designed room which is very clean, friendly staffs. We stayed for 1 week and enjoyed Cinque Terre by train, Santa margherita ligure by walk, Portfino by boat, and Genova and Milano by car.

Schlichte aber freundliche/helle und sehr saubere Zimmer, gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Santa Margherita Ligure zu Fuß ca. 1km, nach Rapallo ca. 2.5km. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Einziger Nachteil: direkt an einer sehr belebter Straße gelegen, daher etwas laut. War uns aber bekannt, deshalb kein Problem.

Das Personal war nett, freundlich, familier, die Aussicht toll, das Hotel ist gepflegt sauber und modern eingerichtet. Hier gibt es nicht was man auszusetzen hätte. Leider an der Hauptstraße gelegen, die Fenster sollte man Nachts geschlossen halten um Ruhe zu finden.

De ' personal touch' in hotel L'Approdo maakt het verblijf echt tot een feestje. Ik heb mijn verjaardag hier gevierd en de persoonlijk en proactieve benadering van het receptiepersoneel is hartverwarmend. We voelden ons enorm welkom, vanaf de minuut van aankomst!

Era la seconda volta che tornavamo a Rapallo e abbiamo scelto ancora una volta l'hotel Approdo dopo una vasta ricerca. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la posizione è ottima e lo staff molto cordiale. Consiglierei questo albergo a tutti I miei amici!

Nous avons constaté que l'accueil et le conseil du personnel étaient excellent. La chambre était très propre, en excellent état, grande et avec vue sur mer (comme toutes les chambres). L'hotel est en bord de route et possède un parking payant très petit limité à quelques véhicules. Il est possible de se garer dans les rues parallèles en rejoignant l'hotel par une route très fréquentée, sans trottoir. Côté salle de bain, une douche aurait été mieux.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und damit etwas kühl eingerichtet. Es fehlt etwas eine persönliche Note. Wir bekamen wenige Informationen über die Gegebenheiten (fehlende Englischkenntnisse unsererseits) und mussten uns erst mal viel selbst "erarbeiten". Auch über das Frühstück lässt sich, wie in vielen Hotels in Italien, streiten. Wir haben schon sehr oft in Hotels übernachtet, sind aber hier der Ansicht, dass das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt. Unterwegs mit dem Auto ist in diesem Bereich wirklich sehr schwierig (Parkplatzsituation und Parkpreise). Wir haben am Hotel einen Parkplatz dazugemietet, es war unser Glück. Bei Fragen oder bei Problemen konnten wir immer das Personal ansprechen und wir bekamen auch immer Hilfe. Super war auch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer und das automatische Rollo. Insgesamt ist es ein gutes 3-Sterne-Hotel.

Bardzo mila obsluga. Ciekawa lokalizacja - blisko do centrum miasteczka. Czysto i swiezo. Dobre sniadanie. Pokoj niezgodny z tym co pokazane bylo na zdieciu podczas rezerwacji - to znaczy bardzo maly taras i znikomy widok na morze. Bardzo mala i niekomfortowa lazienka.

La amabilidad de los empleados. Nos explicarón todo a la perfeción. La limpieza y el orden de la hábitación. Habitaciones fántasticas con vistas preciosas al lago. Cercano a una playita. Comunicación con Rapallo y Santa Margaríta por bus justo en la puerta del Hótel. Solo que el capuchino no estuviera incluido en el desayuno.
