The desk staff were extemely helpful and friendly. They booked two great restaurants that were exactly what we asked for as well as advised on a great day trip to Cinque Tera. The room was clean and bright and had a sea view from its own balcony. There was a small beach across the road with chrystal clear water. What more could you want? |

very friendly staff, nice fresh decor, nice view from the room, very good location - close to S. Margherita, just a 10min walk down the road quite hard beds and the street can be quite noisy unfortunately as all the traffic to Portofinon and S. Margherita passes |

The view and the room Too far out of Rapallo to be accurately described as Rapallo. Closer to St. Margaret(?) Also - a charge of 10 euros for parking in an otherwise empty hotel not fair.Hotel originally allocated a double room - despite having booked a twin. They did however rectifiy the error quickly. |

The courtesy of staff is more tha professional ( Mrs Antonella is a very nice person) . The view in exceptional, the rooms modern and nicely furnished, perfect also for people that need the most deep darkness to sleep. Good breakfast. If I come back in Riviera I'll come back in this hotel. |

The staff at the hotel were excellent and went out of their way to assist. Most of the staff spoke excellent english which made our stay so much more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent. Very nice view from our room. Room was very modern and clean. Excellent Hotel and would recommend to anyone The hotel had no faults, great place to stay. |

The Hotel L'Approdo was a true find: very modern, clean and a great value for the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a bus stop very close with easy access to the train stations in both Santa Margherita and Rapallo. (The hotel is closer to San Margherita and within walking distance if you don't mind the narrow walking path.) Most rooms have balconies with views of the sea. |

Staff fantastic,room ultra clean,view beautiful,very good value for money,public transport in front of hotel, close to the sea and to the town so good that we wished we could have stayed longer than our 2 nights, next time to that area would use this hotel and area as a base for touring the italian riveria. 4 days would have been better.training along the coast so easy! Nothing to dislike |

Excellent modern hotel in a good position providing a good breakfast.The bar prices are very reasonable.The hotel recommendations of places to eat are very good and I would suggest clients use these rather than the eateries in the local village which were both poor. The beds are hard and it would be good if a few snacks were available |

The view was beautiful and much better than I anticipated and the staff were really friendly and helpful with giving local info and suggestions for things to do. The traffic outside is very noisy if the balcony door is open (but at night with air con on and door closed this isn't a problem). The main problem is that walking to Santa Margherita the road is very narrow with a few blind corners, and no footpath. This makes walking into the town quite dangerous. |

Hotel staff were extremely helpful, the view & veranda was beautiful, the room was spacious & spotlessly clean, good airconditioning system, great location, quiet, hotel parking available, nice hotel bar/restaurant pillows too soft (and no additional/extra pillows), bed too hard, no fridge in room (but hotel staff happy to provide ice) |
