On the picturesque promenade in the heart of Rapallo, Hotel Vesuvio has fantastic views of the Bay of Tigullio. Your room is complete with a balcony and has a beautiful view of the Ligurian Sea.

Staff excellent Good breakfast comfortable room Reasonably fast WiFi Bar prices OK
Its a steep hill from the road up to the hotel No pavement for first 300m towards St Margherita (didn't have car)
The view!! If travel to L'Approdo ask for rooms in the upper levels. The breakfast is really nice !
The bathroom although is really clean could need a renovation.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Francesca, who knows everything and gives us valuable tips for our stay in the area. Very nice view from the terrace. Cleanliness is good.
The triple room in which we were accommodated was very small. Breakfast is monotonous. Wi-fi is very bad. Parking is a problem. There are only 7 parking places for 32 rooms. Overall - not bad hotel, but in any case not for the money we payed.
It was in a very good location with on site car parking. The breakfasts were good with a good choices. Staff very helpful. Views were great from balcony. Would recommend to friends.
The hotel wAs on a very busy road with no pavement near the hotel so couldn't walk into Sta. Margarita Ligure.
- Modern, stylish rooms - Large balcony - Friendly, helpful staff - Buffet breakfast with large range of different foods - Great location - walking distance to both Rapallo and Santa Margherita - Close to lovely, small beach
Wifi in room not very good
All is about to be perfect.
Very unpleasant and dangerous part on the way to the neighbor town Santa Margherita.
clean frequent change of bed linen and decent breakfast
expensive for 3 star hotel
The hotel is very clean and efficiently run by personable staff who are all multi-lingual.
The walk into town is a little perilous as there is no pedestrian path and it's narrow so be prepared for a duel with the traffic.
Great location and friendly staff. Hotel is short walk from the centre of Santa Margarita and equally to Rapallo. We upgraded to a superior room with fantastic view. Breakfast is good with great variety of fruits, pastries, juices and coffees.
The housekeepers shoved all of our belongings to one corner. We were told that they only did their job. No other hotel has this kind of "housekeeping". We asked for 30min late checkout but it wasn't possible although their checkin time is 15:00.
Location was perfect, only 10 mins walkj from train station (you don't need a taxi). And just 500 metres from a beautiful natural beach on one side of the church and the other a lovely restaurant, right on the sea front...perfect
Book through hotel's website to get a suite on the top floor- the view is incredible! Very romantic for a young couple.
Breakfast only till 10 and then you can feel you are not very welcome.
Loved the location and really loved the staff.
The bed was much too hard
Very comfortable friendly hotel. There is a good restaurant called Mare Blu 5 minutes walk back towards Rapallo which avoids having to walk into Santa Margherita along the road
Everything was perfect, I especially want to thank you English speaking front desk which is a rare thing in Italy.
Easy access to the town able to walk from place to place easily Very clean rooms, good breakfast, pleasant staff Would stay there again
Very nice 3 star hotel; good location. Room was clean, comfortable, a caring touch was felt. Stuff was very friendly and helpful (especially Karla - our "oracle" during the stay). Breakfast very good. Very beautiful views (from the rooms with the view)
lack of enough parking space; we had to part outside the hotel, about 50 meters away, but very dangerous and unpleasant walk to/from the hotel on a narrow road with no shoulders.
Very good staff and always ready to help you. Very clean and good value for money.
Superb view from the our room (from all rooms I should mention). Really picturesque. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good location - you can easily walk to Santa Margharita Ligure or Rapallo. + free wi-fi.
No facilities. No fridge in the room (though it can be rented). Though, we were given free ice-bad. No iron.
The reception staff were most helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
Staff were amazing and very helpful.
Beds were very hard. Pedestrian access is not ideal as there is a section of road without sidewalks on a very busy street. It makes walking to town a little difficult.
Good bed, nice interior.
The view was spectacular. Reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast good.
Busy road and no pavement!
Room was very modern and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great view from the rooms facing the coastline and nice balcony. Hotel Miramar in Rapallo do a fabulous pizza at a very good price.
Some noise from the busy road outside - which the double glazed patio doors pretty much eliminated. This means you have to use the aircon - not good for wheezers. Looking for restaurants, you have a choice of Rapallo or Santa Margherita Liguria - which we thought is a little more sohisticated. The main disadvantage is the walk from the hotel to Santa M... Other travellers mentioned the lack of a footpath for 200 metres. It wouldnt be so bad without crazy Italian drivers texting while they are driving and not seeing you on the roadside ! Take the bus instead of the walk but avoid the taxi - fares are criminal.
Rooms were spacious and clean.People at the desk were friendly and helpful. Location good. Paid for parking, but available. Bus to Santa Margarita convenient and drive to Rapallo easy, as well as parking.
Breakfast was lacking compared to other Italian hotels. Stale bread and no variety. The man working in the dining should get another job.
