The staff was very helpful. It was in a wonderful location. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was large. It was also nice that they had a computer in the room. |

The location of this b&b is terrific. The deck where breakfast is served is incredibly charming and the breakfast itself is wonderful. The service, which is mostly by the family that owns the building, is wonderful. I would stay here again when visiting Siracusa. If you bring a car, you should contact the hotel well in advance (a week at least) to reserve a place to park. Otherwise you will be wandering the streets looking for a parking place! |

Good position for lookng round Ortiga in quiet location. Excellent breakfast in superb settting. Only small plaque outside so not easy to find. |

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us with directions (we were driving!), advice on places to visit and eat and answer any questions we had. It's a beautiful facility in a fabulous location, too! |

The room was very large and airy with 2 full length windows.We had a lovely water view.Access was easy and the elevator large.The B&B was ideally positioned for the old town and the parking station was an easy one minute walk away. Great breakfast. |

Great location, extremely nice and welcoming owner, wonderful view from the roof terrace.. One of the best places we stopped at while touring Sicily! Parking could be an issue.. Free on some streets around the corner but could take a while to find a spot. |

The welcome and friendliness of the staff was wonderful. Also they gave us good advice about local restaurants.Having free internet access in your room was a bonus.The breakfast was great and served in the upstairs balcony with wonderful sea views. |

This hotel was one of the best we have stayed in.The staff /family could not do any more to assist us, particularly Friedrick. Food was excellent and the position overlooking harbour and sea was stunning. We have alraedy recommended hotel to 5 people from America and Australia. We could not fault this place - refer our comments in their visitors book. |

We're a couple usually travelling for business; we're used to international hotels but when travelling for leisure we look for places less "cold", more family oriented. This hotel was a great choice; very convenient location, managed by an extremely friendly and cooperative family. Rooms are designed by the highest standard and our was plenty of space even with the small bed for our youngster. |

The staff and facilities were just wonderful. The building was beautiful, and the staff could not have been more helpful, with wonderful service and great restaurant recommendations. The incredible dinner cooked by the owner was one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily, and the breakfasts were the best we had while we were there. I'd definitely go back and recommend it to friends. |

One of the best hospitality we have ever experienced. The dinner we had in the living room of the hotel was so good and relaxing. We regret that we did not have dinner in the hotel every night. We were given three different keys and sometimes it was quite difficult unlock gates. The morning we left we did not know how to return the keys, because we needed them to open the gates and were not given an instruction as to what to do with them. We left them by the big vase. Hope the owner found them. |
