We were given a room with a lovely view. The room was spacious. The breakfast was excellent and the attention of the staff similarly very professional and courteous. |

The location of this hotel was extremely convenient for exploring Florence and nearby regions of Italy due to the proximity of the train/bus station. I cannot praise the staff of the hotel enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them and when I unfortunatly left something in my room when we returned to England they where very prompt in returning it to me. |

古いホテルでしたが内装・設備（ティーポット、冷蔵庫、スリッパ完備）もしっかりしていました。水周りの問題もありませんでした。スタッフの対応もフレンドリーで好感が持てます。 目立つ看板がないので見つけにくいですが、それほど問題ではありません。 |

Il silenzio e la centralità della posizione. Pulizia non eccezionale: ho trovato dei vecchi scontrini dietro la tenda. Serrature non ben funzionanti degli infissi e degli armadi. |

No ofrecen internet gratis como dice en la reservacion. No ofrecen alternativas. Pesima ubicacion. No es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Mal desayuno (panes frios). |

スーペリアなのに狭かったのでフロントに尋ねたら、広い部屋にも換えられるが道路沿いでうるさいし、いい部屋との事。確かに窓からの景色も良くて、設備も整ってました。貴族の館を改装した雰囲気のあるホテルでした。スタッフの応対も良く、駅からも近く、旧市街散策にも便利でした。 玄関口が目立たず、ホテル到着時に分かりにくかった。 |
