Location was fantastic . Where do I start , my window would not shut and I had a room facing the street . It is noisy all night . I had bugs in my room biting me all night as I attempted to sleep . The owner or reception clerk , just answered yes to everything and I ended up missing out on David because I went to the wrong place . The philipino people were nice and better at service . I did not receive my wake up call the day I left the hotel. I have no idea how this dump got more then a 5 on peoples ratings , it looked so beautiful before I arrived , it was utter disappointment . save yourself , dont book here !

The hotel is located within easy walking distance of all the major attractions of Florence. It is a beautiful old building with plenty of shared space. The breakfast is substantial and the breakfast room is lovely. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I would stay again.

The location was great, so close to the railway station and the main sights. The Hotel was in good style and design. The staff was welcoming and ready to help. The breakfast was good, to all tastes. The wi-fi connection was really snaily at times.

The location of the hotel. 5 mins walk from the station, if you know which way to go! The room we had was outstanding. Perfect for a family with two young kids. No wireless signalling the room. The staff could have given clearer directions on how to get to the hotel. Also a sign of the hotel on the outside would be useful to be able to spot from the street!

I liked this hotel (a former castle) because of its close proximity to the main railway station and the centre of Florence. The staff were very friendly and spoke English which is a real advantage when you need to ascertain information for touring etc. It appeared that many Australians stay there for all the above reasons.

Nice spacious room, though the interiors are abit dated. Cozy hotel and not too rowdy compared with the rest we feel along the streets. Good locations (6mins walk to the train station).

Comoda posizione centrale, ambiente suggestivo. Via della Scala è rumorosa e per due notti di seguito ci sono stati ripetuti forti schiamazzi di giovani (di lingua inglese, forse ubriachi): gli infissi della finestra non sono assolutamente adeguati al necessario isolamento acustico.

Hotel in posizione centralissima con una offerta economica eccezionale, pari alla metà (quasi) della tariffa normale. Ambiente tradizionale gradevole. La camera piuttosto rumorosa in affaccio sulla strada piuttosto trafficata anche di notte, letto e reti vecchiotte non tanto gradite alla schiena...

La posizione strategica vicino alla stazione permette con una passeggiata di raggiungere facilmente il centro storico. L'hotel è all'interno di un antico palazzo molto suggestivo. Il bagno è comodo, nuovo, e ben strutturato: bella doccia! L'aria condizionata assolutamente obsoleta era rumorosissima: abbiamo deciso dispegnerla perchè era impossibile dormire con quel fracasso!

离火车站非常近，走着就可到达。去大教堂等处也非常方便。工作人员还算Nice 住在一楼挨着花园，蚊子有点多。房间内没有Wifi信号，要上网必须去大堂。这点与描述不符!

“The location is very good and just 3 mins walk from the Firenze SMN station. Although the hotel is near the Street side, it is very quite at night becasue of the double layers windows. Mr. Paolo (Boss) is nice and expalin eveything in detail when you check in. His Staffs are very nice too and my family likes to stay in this Hotel. The size of the room is big enough for 4 people.
