Aprile Palazzo dal Borgo was well located. We walked to most major sights from the hotel. Also, close to the river. The accommodation was comfortable. Breakfast was sumptuous. Walking distance to restaurants was also useful. Friendly service. Clean rooms. |

It is within 5 minutes from the Dumo and the train/bus station and it has outside space (courtyard garden) |

Good location: close to city centre and train station. Staff could be more efficient and helpful. N.B. There is nothing special about the terrace which is highlited in the hotel review: just a small inner garden inbetween the buildings :). |

We were given a room with a lovely view. The room was spacious. The breakfast was excellent and the attention of the staff similarly very professional and courteous. |

The location of this hotel was extremely convenient for exploring Florence and nearby regions of Italy due to the proximity of the train/bus station. I cannot praise the staff of the hotel enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them and when I unfortunatly left something in my room when we returned to England they where very prompt in returning it to me. |

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, l'élégance et le confort de la chambre familiale... ! la proximité d'excellentes pizzerias et de la magnifique église Santa Maria Novella...Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le petit déj pourrait juste être amélioré par de vrais jus de fruits...alors ce serait merveilleux |

古いホテルでしたが内装・設備（ティーポット、冷蔵庫、スリッパ完備）もしっかりしていました。水周りの問- 題もありませんでした。スタッフの対応もフレンドリーで好感が持てます。 目立つ看板がないので見つけにくいですが、それほど問題ではありません。 |

Il silenzio e la centralità della posizione. Pulizia non eccezionale: ho trovato dei vecchi scontrini dietro la tenda. Serrature non ben funzionanti degli infissi e degli armadi. |

No ofrecen internet gratis como dice en la reservacion. No ofrecen alternativas. Pesima ubicacion. No es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Mal desayuno (panes frios). |
