Alles hat uns hier gefallen. Habe glatt noch eine Nacht drangehangen. Mitarbeiter aeusserst nett und hilfsbereit. Fruehstueck sehr gut. Strand sauber und toll. Shopping sowohl Stadt& Stranpromenade in naechster Naehe. Zimmer super mit AC. Wir wuerden wiederkommen sofort. Parkplaetze direkt am Hotel, Nur eine angrenzente Baustelle hatte etwas Laerm, aber die duerfte bald verschwinden. |

Schönes neues Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern. Vor allem unser großes Bad mit Fenster hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Lage ist gut - Nähe zum Strand und zu unterschiedlichen Restaurants und Cafes. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr freundlich. Nicht so schön ist, dass das Hotel keinen Prívatstrand hat und man für die Liegen am Strand recht viel bezahlen muss. |

Die Freundlichkeit der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sowie der Hausmädchen auf den Fluren.... Die fehlende Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter beim Frühstücksservice ( wenn man das überhaupt Service nennen kann! ) |

für die kurzfristige Buchung hat alle funktioniert und Preis-Leistung stimmten überein. Kann man wiederholen Frühstück bis 10.15Uhr und die Mitarebeiter fangen um 10.05 schon an, die Abendteische zu decken und es gibt auch keinen frischen Kaffe mehr.muss nicht sein. |

Hotel ist neu, aber alles billig gemacht. Am Empfang unfreundliches Hotelpersonal. Essen ist mittelmäßig. Garage ist sehr eng. Не стоит ехать в этот отель за такие деньги. В Римини есть отели получше. |

Das Hotel ist neu und ist sehr schön eingerichtet! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und mit grossem Balkon.Tiefgarage zum parken, so muss man sich keine Sorgen machen ums Auto. L'hotel é nuovo ed é arredato molto bello! Le stanze sono spaziose e con un grande balcone. Parcheggio sottoterraneo, cosi la macchina é´al sicuro. Einige Dinge mit denen das Hotel wirbt, funktionierten noch nicht! Z.B. war der Spa noch nicht eröffnet. Wir waren im 2 Stock untergebracht und Sky funktionierte auch nicht! Das Zimmer könnte besser geputzt werden! Oft fand man noch die Haare vom Vortag! Spa non funzionava ancora, Sky neanche, la stanza potrebbe essere pulita meglio. |

Clean, modern rooms with good facilities. Prompt and helpfull staff. The hotel is new, it is not on the seafront, but not too far away. I would recommend it for short stay and business visits. |

The hotel Acqua is completely new with a modern design, large rooms. It is very quiet although at only 200m of the beach. Half of the room give on a park, while the other face a not too busy street.The personal was helpful and welcoming.Overall, a very good buy. The restaurant was not openend (end of September), and then no possibility to eat in a 4star. However, plenty of restaurant nearby. |

The hotel was very comfortable and the room/public areas very clean. The use of the bikes free of charge was a bonus. Although it would help if the hotel staff could higher/lower the seats of the bikes, my husband is 6' 3" and suffered as a result of not been able to have a bike with a high enough seat. Breakfast was plentiful but not very imaginative, we were disappointed with a certain member of staff in the breakfast room, so much one day that I got up and left as I couldn't stand the noise (clatter) that he was making clearing away tables and it was obvious he had an attitude problem, all other members of staff were absolutely brilliant. |

Very central location and the spotlessly clean. Very modern in a scandanavian way. The staff were very helpful. I think due to the time of year we went there was very little atmosphere, the bar area needs improved seating areas to sit and have a drink. |

First of all the staff was very kind, also breakfast was good, there was possibility to rent a bike in the hotel, hotel was on the great location in the middle of the main shooping street. |

Coffee was the best I'd tasted in Italy. The photo's on Booking.com make the hotel look a lot posher/nicer than it actually is, especially for the price. Also the Booking.com web features gave the impression that the room I was booking was the last room available, when it clearly was not. |
