Location of the hotel is realy good. neer metro station, near railway station. not so far from the top sights in the Roma. Over all it is not so bad and price for value is quit good. But if you expect modern, clean and sharp room with rich breakfast you should look for a different hotel.
Room furniture is quite old. Stink in the room. Quite cheep breakfast. Hotel is situated in the "poor" district of the city.
The only good thing is that it's near the termini station.
The photos have nothing to do with the actual room. The room was cold and the air conditioner was out of order. I can write a book for what is wrong with this kind of hotel. Conclusion: do not stay there for any reason. We took our money back the last day and went to another hotel.
the location, nearby termini train station yet quiet; good breakfast
near to center excellent breakfast very friendly and helpful staff value for money
a sense of not being so clean
The staff spoke no English. The shower was unbelievably small. The walls are so thin you can hear every move the people in the other room made. The location is right behind Termini train station and is in the " unsafe" part of town. The wifi was a joke and to say that the breakfast was horrible would be an understatement.
Only near Rome terminal
Not that great at all.
it was so close to termini train station.
first night we stayed at 5th floor and there was no wifi. after we complained about it the second day we stayed at 1st floor at the end. showers are bad....
Close to attractions
Dirty. Mould in shower. Noisy a/c.
The breakfast was very good, the best I've had during my trip to Italy. The staff is friendly, the location is good. The entrance of the building is not so nice - including the old elevator - but the hotel itself is very good. Overall I had a very pleasant stay in Hotel Aquarium and recommend to everybody.
There is an elevator in the building as the hotel is located in one of its floors. Nonetheless there is no elevator inside the hotel so we had to carry up the luggage throught the stairs.
