駅から近い。古い作りだが清潔感がある。 エレベーターが小さい＆古いので、大きな荷物を運ぶのに手間取った。場所が分かりにくいです。 |

ローマ駅に非常に近いですが、看板と入り口が分かりにくいので、見つけるのに苦労しました。地図と共に、住- 所はメモしておいた方がいいですね。 周囲にゴミ置き場がある。駅から来る際に少しにおいます。ホテル周囲の治安は夜は少し悪いような雰囲気があ- ります。 |

テルミニ駅のすぐ横で、空港行きの列車に乗るのには便利でしたが、余りにも近い為、スリ等に付け狙われる可- 能性有り。一人旅の女性は要注意かと思いました。私もこのホテルを出てすぐに乗った空港行きの列車の中で、- スリの被害に遭いました。この後に泊まった同じテルミニ駅付近のホテルに比べて、料金の割りに部屋の設備や- 朝食がとても良かったので、何か怪しい？ホテルかも知れないと思ったりも。（アガサ・クリスティーのバート- ラムホテルではないと思いますが…） と云う事で、出発後すぐ、スリに遭った事です。 |

ロケーションは最適。 フロントから各階に移動する際、色々な所を経由して移動しなくてはならず不便を感じた。また朝食をとるダイ- ニングルームが狭いと感じた。 |

only the location, close to termini station. very old building, hotel entrance at second floor, some rooms are located at upper floor. Rooms definately needs renovation, or even need repairing (broken furnitures). The rooms on the first floor are definately horrible. only suitable for travellers not willing to spend time at room but just drop the luggages and stay overnight, that's it. |

the staff was friendly and very helpful with answering questions that I had. The place was kept clean. The rooms plumbing was terrible. The shower did not drain properly neither did the toilet. Would not stay there again. |

Most of the staff members were pretty helpfull, location was perfect and it wasn't expensive. i did not like the bathroom too much even though it was cleaned every day.the shower glass was very dirty (yellow) and couple of things in the bathroom was broken,but they have tried to fix it ( at least). |

The location was excellent. It was also nice that the reception was open 24 hours/day, it made the travelling feel more secured. The breakfast was a bit poor. |

Good base location to sight see from. Satellite tv was a bonus. Overal a fair budget hotel for a short trip in Rome. Dodgy bathroom, the shower only trickled initially as the hose was kinked and the staff had to come fix it for us. We only stayed 2 days but the bathroom began to smell, from the water in the tap or old moldy pipes etc? |

It's very near to the train station. You could walk to the station which is also the main area where the sightseeing tours begins. It's a good base to discover Rome on foot. The room is huge for my family of 3, very helpful hotel staff and a good deal for a hotel with such good location. |

Staff friendly, Old World charm. Rooms are perfect for couples but those wishing 2 beds not so comfortable since a cot is brought into room thus making it very tight space. Lighting is not very bright. |

Great coffee. Very kind and helpful staff. Clean and cosy place. Good localisation. It is situated very close to subway station and close to the airport transfer bus stop (Teravision). Small, stuffy room on the 2nd floor with weak, non-fully working air condition system. The breakfast could be bigger. |

Ideal location from the Rome Termini Station, only 5 mins round the corner. Loads of resaurants and bars within a short distance. The guy at the hotel was very helpful and spoke good English. There is not any WIFI at the hotel, but if you are lucky, you can conect to a unsecured network nearby. This hotel is ideal if you have a morning flight from Rome Fiumencino airport, as the train from Rome Terminin is direct and takes 30 mins. |
