Truly magnificent views from all areas. Excellent location, close to San Gimignano and Volterra. Superb pool area. Spacious rooms, huge bathrooms, and huge balcony. Nice selection of tv channels. Good breakfast, although the bread was not freshly baked. Rude and incompetent staff. Food in restuarant, although reasonably priced, could be excellent one day and very disappointing on another day. No internet connection at all. Uncomfortable beds. |

Na de drukte van de Toscaanse kunst-steden is dit een heerlijk gastvrij hotel in het hart van de typisch Toscaanse heuvels. De wandelmogelijkheden zijn beperkt en de info over de route om er te komen kan beter. |

Non ho gradito di aver dovuto pagare 108 euro in piu' per un errore di prenotazione della camera quadrupla di cui l'albergo ha declinato ogni responsabilita' a voi, con fare molto scocciato ed antipatico. |

Sicuramente la tranquillità ed il silenzio, un atmosfera molto rilassante. Mi è piaciuta anche la piscina abbastanza grande. Non mi sono piaciute alcune rifiniture attorno alla piscina, ed anche alcune altre non molto ben fatte nel bagno della camera |

De service en de hygiene waren uitmuntend. Het restaurant trouwens ook. De jacuzzi kan weleens worden schoongemaakt. Zeker omdat de rest van het hotel brandschoon was. |

Hotel isolé de tout (premier village à 5km), pas assez de personnel pour suivre avec les soins (qui ne se font pas tous les jours), restaurant plus que moyen par rapport à ce qui se trouve dans la région et serveur ne parlant qu'italien. |

Super hotel med meget venligt og behjælpsomt personale. Jeg så det kun som et plus at hotellet lå 3-4 km fra nærmeste by i meget rolige og naturskønne omgivelser.Toscana fås ikke meget smukkere end på dette hotel og med den service der leveres af personale og managment. |
