bed/linens were okay street noise
friendly and helpful staff
Beautiful city of Orvieto. Breakfast was excellent.
Ac was poor in our room. It did not work. bathrooms are small and hard to get into without bumping into things.
The Hotel had an old worldly charm and was very quiet during the night.
The lady on reception was rather abrupt.
Good location, friendly staff, clean room with air con
Hotel without any character, breakfast buffet very simple
location and recommendation for a restaurant
breakfast was the worst i have had in quite some time. burnt coffee, day old breads and pastries, uncooked eggs and undercooked bacon in them. overpriced hotel. terrible value.
Great location, only a few minute walking distance to most places. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice.
Perfect for visiting Sienna. Breakfast was excellant with cheerful and helpful staff. Sitting outside eating breakfast with such a magnificent view was sheer heaven itself.
The person in the front desk was not very friendly. She was also responsible for getting guests breakfast (coffee) and did not seem very pleased to do it. Ask her for bottled water and she just pointed to it.
Great location. The room was rather small but breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful
good location in the middle of medieval city of Orvieto, some very good restaurants nearby,
air conditioning in my room was VERY noisy and not efficient at all, only italian programs in tv, I wouldn't call it a 4-star hotel, it's rather 3-star,
Location central to sights.
Noise from the street until 1-2 in the morning.
Clean, well sized rooms Central location Efficient service
Air conditioner not very effective, could do with replacement Sometimes a bit loud outside at night
We loved walking around the city and walking back to our hotel at night. Breakfast was wonderful. Parking was convenient. The staff was helpful. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel and the whole area.
After the first night in a tiny room, we were moved to a more comfortable larger room. The breakfast was great and the location was great.
The first room was rather cramped. Without using the air conditioning the room was noisy.
The staff went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable, and the hotel is in walking distance of everything. Breakfast was wonderful and the dining room was just lovely. We'd go back again in a heartbeat!
The wifi was very unreliable, something that could be easily fixed.
extremely helpful staff. They were absolutely lovely. Fabulous location,
furniture a bit old fashioned. Not the best breakfasts. An old world hotel with wonderful owners though
Good breakfast, room to park the car
The hotel was an easy walk to everything. The bus was right outside the hotel which took us to the funicular. There was no charge if you were using the funicular. Our room was romantic with a beautiful painted ceiling. Included breakfast was good....with eggs and prociutto. Bene!!
Staff, location and breakfast was excellent!
No internet in the room, no air-conditioning, sink was stopped up and bathroom vent made a horrible noise...all of these things could have been rectified/fixed but never were!
Position, cleanliness & breakfast. Room was good size for 3
Not one thing
The staff was cheerful and very helpful answering questions and making.recommendations. The included breakfast buffet was excellent. I wish all my stays in Italy were as good as The Hotel Aquila Bianca.
The hotel is less than 200 yards away from the main square on top of the hill - its brilliant position. Its a beautiful place to stay and would come back tomorrow... Actually booked to one and stayed another night.... Was able to sample more of the wine, that way!!!! Come and stay here you won't be disappointed.
At first, I was a little annoyed that you have to pay extra for breakfast, 5 Euros. Its not a problem as the breakfast was certainly one of the best selection I have had since being in Italy.
Very unfriendly and jaded staff, clogged sink for two days, saggy mattresses, Internet did not work and breakfast was underwhelming. Good location.
